A very sustainable modern hotel, The staffs are really welcoming and warm. the breakfast was nice. and we did enjoy the pool. thank you to sovan ( he was a trainee) but he did a really good job.

noise disturbances, the hygiene issue involving a cockroach in the bathroom (which I have documented with video evidence including date, time, and hotel branding), and the lack of appropriate managerial response

The room was great spacious decent size clean minimalistic

It had an awful musky smell when you walk into the lobby reception area. I think they need to look into an air freshener to welcome guest and make it more welcoming when you walk in something about a nice fragrance when you walk into a hotel lobby reception area..or even some fresh flowers and plants.

Exceptionally clean, consistently helpful and friendly staff, tremendous breakfast

- Room A/C had been set to over-aggressive by the previous guest so froze for a couple nights and took couple trips by engineering to fix- Breakfast does not have real butter, only fake unhealthy Lurpak butter spread containing canola oil

The money value was reasonable

The windows were not reflective so during the day people who were outside could see us very clear which was not giving enough privacy

The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the metro station, so it requires a bit of walking. However, the hotel was extremely clean, and the level of cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas was excellent.The staff were very attentive and truly cared about the guests. A special thanks to Ossama at the reception — he was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. He allowed us to check in earlier than the standard time, which helped us recover from our travel fatigue much faster.The room size was good and comfortable, and the hotel also has a small, cozy swimming pool on the top floor, which was a nice place to relax.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Price, clean, lovely stuff

No water kettle, no complimentary coffe or tea

We arrived around 2:30 pm and by the time it was a bit busy for the check-in and the staff was handing the crowd well and the check in was smooth, there I had only 1 bag with me I carried it along with me, if you need assistance with luggage they will provide the same. Room was minimalist and is of enough size for a family of 3 for short stays in the town, the area is quite and they have outside lobby seating which is quite relaxing to be on especially since the weather is great in UAE during this time of the year, they have a play area for the kids which was very convenient, you can drop of the kids there and there is someone from hotel who will manage the kids and there are activities and toys for them to be engaged in the area, it was one of the best facility of this property. There is free parking in basement, free Wi-Fi and hotel is nearby to a residential community which was quite, you can find the nearest metro in a walkable distance and there was bus services also from and to the hotel. Our booking was with breakfast which was very minimal but yet a good one and the restaurant was also having a good ambience. Since it was a short stay we couldn't explore other facilities like pool, gym and al.

Couple things which I felt bothered was with the overcooling which we felt inside the room, the floor partial carpet and rest is tile and even if we switch off the air condition inside the room it was kind of freezing inside the room especially while walking barefoot, this was a bit inconvenient. Since we were mostly outside travelling and exploring it didn't matter much but still, also there was no kettle or anything to prepare a small tea or anything in the room, this is a basic service which will be seen in all hotels but not sure why this property is not providing it, upon request the room service provided us a kettle which was again not in a good condition and since we didn't had much time we left it as such. The towels needs to be checked properly, out of the ones which we recieved one of them was worn out and had some damages on it.

Everything was perfect ? clean, comfortable bed, soft touch bedsheets, super clean towels. All extra requests were done very fast, always with a smile (extra towels, iron, cups, plates) ? My daughter said 10 on 10 ?Food was super tasty, all fresh. Especial Thank You for Lakmal and Mahia who bring our food with a smile and happiness ?Thank you so much for everyone ? we enjoyed ?

Small request to change smell of hand soap, shampoo and hair conditioner in rooms ?
