Lots of Cockroach

Rooms were clean and huge

Appliances are old and none functional

- Location . Near Malls, Restaurants, Shops, Metro - Room Size.- We got Corner room , I like the arrangement inside.

- Bit bad smell in the lobby. Better use some Air Freshers. - I went Sauna around 9.30AM (18th Jan) , They did not ON it. After ON it, I stay 30mints to Temp. come up. But It did not come and waste my time. The person who handles there has NO clue. Then I never use Sauna/Pool again. - This is my 3rd time stay in this place. But this time I have recognized , now poorly maintain the property.

- Location is accessible to several Restaurants, Metro , Malls etc. - Room Size

- Different room than Booking shown one. Poor daylight and Room light level is very dull.- Got connected room and some days big noises came from next room till mid night and difficult sleep. Sound proof to be increased. - Bit bad smell smell comes in the lobby. Eg. Like OLD smell.

The Housekeeping and Front Desk teams have been exceptionally helpful and supportive throughout my stay. In particular, Mr. Dilwar Hussain from the Front Desk provided outstanding assistance, ensuring every request was handled efficiently and with great courtesy. Receptionists Rose and Sayeeda were warm, welcoming, and highly attentive, always greeting guests with genuine smiles and professionalism. Their consistent dedication and gracious demeanor made my stay truly comfortable and pleasant.

I liked mostly the friendly staff. The receptionists and the friendly cleaner.

I didn’t have enough utensils in the kitchen.

The facility to cook own food and do laundry.

Kitchen needs improvement such as plates and cutlery.

The location was excellent, very close to the metro and convenient for getting around the city.

Some facilities are a bit old ,there was an unpleasant smell in the room, and the room was not clean.

I enjoyed the whole environment including the friendliness of the. They were very sufficient in any request.

The room was not properly ready on arrival. Requested extra bed was not yet set up and towels were missing.

Loved the location. Very nead to the Metro Station. The front desk and the housekeeping are amenable. They are following on our requests and needs.

Need more utensils on the kitchen. Needs to improve the smell on the lobby to make it more welcoming to the guests.

Good Location and a bit clean they dont clean the toilet bowl when we check in is not the clean but its ok

the receptionist i think shes indian not sure of the nationalities shes not that accommodating not that informative about the hotels procedures but not a big deal. The toilet is not clean stains in the toilet bowl and the bathtub

Surahksya madam cooperation was not good..lied to move to other apartment as the orignal was dark and not clean. .availibity was there but she lied and refused to move..lied with smileCleaning was not good .improve that.Kitchen crockery and washing machines needs improvement

We loved our stay. The staff were very attentive. The hotel is at a very good location, opposite a Mall and just a few metres away from the metro.

Having breakfast at a different restaurant, not within the hotel. However, walking to the next restaurant wasn't bad in the long run as it's within the block and it gave us an opportunity to walk.

Housekeeping did not supply the correct number of towels during our stay and we keep asking everyday. We did not also receive the complimentary coffees.The lobby also have foul smell like a leak from a toilet.

It was not a very neat hotel, we had to ask for clean towels, we found the place not in perfect order, we had to ask the cleaners to come clean, not a very tidy place for Dubai

Only the hotel location is very good and their staff are polite

Unfortunately, the room is full of insect and small cockroach. They changed my room and delivered me spray, but each day I killed one or two cockroach in the room. BTW, if the cleaning is important, then this hotel won't be a good choice.I have trusted Booking rate to select my hotel, but unfortunately it seems that booking rate is not working!

The bed was uncomfortable, and it was the worst experience ever. We couldn't sleep well because of the mattress and pillows. They weren't soft and hurt our backs and necks. We changed our apartment due to cockroaches, and even in the new apartment, they were there. Sometimes we found them on the bed. I don't recommend this hotel at all. Its location is heavily crowded and noisy, so we had a bad time at night. The room service was really bad. Each time they came, they left trash in the apartment, and for the whole stay, we didn't provide soap. I had to purchase from outside. The price was very high, and I had to pay extra, even though they told me that they would arrange it. At the end, I paid extra fees. I will never choose this hotel again. It was like a nightmare.
