The apartments are big and nice.

Saw a cockroach in the kitchen a very small one though

The location of the hotel is in close proximity to Lamsey Plaza, many shops, and restaurants. The size of the 1-bedroom apartment was huge and all amanities were available. Staff was extremely friendly, cooperative, and helpful. Outstanding place.

Could not find any shortcoming. Everything was awesome!!!

It's price. The staff. The rooms that have a view of swimming pool.

the furniture is sort of old. It does not deserve 4 stars hotel, it is supposed to be 3 stars hotel.

It is not easy to find transportation around. No breakfast.It took 4 days to repair the fans. Very old kitchen tools. The smell of stainless steel tools is disgusting.

The cleanliness around the lift area, there was always a bad smell when we go from the lift to our room There was no restaurant inside the hotel apartment and no breakfast but it says breakfast available anyways it’s always good to have a restaurant at the facility

Slightly over priced for the property which is old, don't have sufficient plug points, water oozes out of drainages in bathrooms and kitchen, very old electric stove takes a lot of time to heat up, vessels etc are old and not sufficient.

You can cross a foot-overbridge and reach Zabeel Park and Dubai Frames. If you are lucky, you can get a room with combined views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frames and enjoy some city views.Excellent support from hotel staff to view new year's fireworks at Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frames. Recommended for family.

Rooms are old; curtains are not easily movable and are not fixed for some reason - same was notified during previous stay long time back.

If there were rating below 1 I would definitely rate it , the hotel rooms and corridors smells bad all the time. The AC brings the restaurant odor to our room where it not stand-able

The rooms are spacious, clean and housekeeping are very hardworking and prompt, The reception staff are very pleasing and always smiling and Mr. Shabeer is very helpful and pro-active !

Location was perfect for what we needed but it is out of the city

It was mouldy, plaster falling off the walls, many light switches didn’t work, no AC in one bedroom, no towels, kettle, tv didn’t work etc facilities and room were very very poor
