Everything was great.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the overall quality of everything. The room was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and my experience was truly pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

In this hotel ! It's impossible to find

Beautiful hotel, extremely clean and great location. Sometimes a little busy in the reception area as there is a mall and popular restaurant attached but this didn’t bother us. The staff on the pool area were exceptional and so friendly, truly made our stay special

Spa was good

Property needs to be maintained. Leaking bathrooms and showers don’t get hot water.

I loved that there was multiple choices for breakfast. The place was clean, the staff was pleasant..one young man went above and beyond for ALL i had to stop his supervisor to let him know. (Can't remember his name) L

I wrote to the team a few weeks in advance about my flight arriving early and, if possible, I would like to check in eatly. There was no rooms available and they took my phone number to call and no one did. We were so tired we fell asleep in the sitting area in the mal from 10-230pl. When we got back to the hotel we were told by another person that the room was ready " a long time ago"

Miscommunication happened due to Kyma beach access but they handled it properly and quickly

Location, easy access to mall, walking distance from west beach, cleanliness and restaurants.

The swimming pool which we can access is not big enough

Very bad, not recommended to anyone to stay specially for couples

Very bad service, the worst one is the house keeping, the cleaning level is very bad, almost like going to a fish market.

The luxury rooms and facilities

Staff are slow and not knowledgable. It took 20 min for check in as soon as I sat with a receptionist .

Property is very nice very clean. Stuff are amazing. Everything is superb.

Facilities are amazing could be better. It’s just annoying to take a shuttle to go to the beach since there’s no beach around however, the pools are decent. The staff are nice, especially in the housekeeping stuff.

All the staff amazing and very accommodating, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in terms of everything food, service and location it felt very welcoming I’m definitely gonna go back I also had my cars battery stop at the hotel and Mohammed helped me with dealing with it he stayed with the guy who fixed it and insured my car was working before he let him go took a load off my shoulder with the way he dealt with it and helped me Also I always let the engine warm up before moving my car and when I asked them to do that they did every time which I appreciate a lotThe laundry service was amazing 10/10 worth the price for sureThe room dining food is delicious not only that they have st Regis gardens right beside the hotel I loved hanu! Their butler services are amazing too I wanted a bubble bath and they set it up for me Amazing spa I got the best massageWhat a smooth stay zero problems zero worries I’ve never left a hotel this satisfied and attached ? definitely going back soon

The problem is not with the property but with booking.com as I clearly remember paying for breakfast for two days and when I got to the hotel, they told me that that wasn't covered. Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot of what I purchased, but that was such a shame as I'd really do look forward to my breakfast is being covered under the purchases that I do for my hotels that is it !!!!

The hotel itself was nice, but the service experience needs serious improvement.

The staff were extremely polite, but surprisingly lacking in empathy and communication. It was difficult to get real help or feel understood. They were respectful, yes — but also distant, unthoughtful, and unable to connect with the guests in a meaningful way.

Room service food is below average and extremely low quality compared to other countries , upon arrival the sheets were dirty
