Park Hyatt Hotel Dubai

We had an amazing weekend. We were very sad that we could only stay the one night although we understood with Eid the hotel was fully booked. The location was stunning and breakfast was delicious. We were kindly upgraded and the suite was incredible.

Just another and a different level. We have been in Dubai for some years but never visited this area for a hotel. What a blast and what a place! We met the wonderful team of Park Hyatt. We fell in love.The kids loved the kids club. The restaurants we tried where very good + nice atmosphere; The Boardwalk, Thai Kitchen.. Please, the breakfast is ridiculous good! Where you will have a menu where you can choose the best food and they will serve it fresh at your table within minutes..

Probably the best service I received at any hotel

Need to know that the hotel is near the airport so not super convenient to go out to eat, in the hotel prices are excessive.

The staff at the twiggy family werent very friendly and a bit rude

Every thing was very good the room it was very nice and the view. The breakfast was very nice. I really enjoyed and my kids loved the place , definitely we will be back soon.

The pool are so relaxing, i can stay all day. The room is clean, bed is great & comfortable, and it’s spacious. Breakfast is amazing! The staffs from entrance, to the reception, and down to the restaurants are all so warm, welcoming, and friendly. They are accomodating.

Slow service, not hygienic, rooms could use an update design wise, doesn’t meet the standards of a luxury hotel.

Well kept. For a hotel that recently celebrated its 20 years, it is in pristine condition. The rooms are spacious. The pool water is kept cold during summer season and has serene atmosphere.

Everything was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful and location was perfect for our short stay in Dubai.

The resort is stunning with exceptional facilities and beautiful surroundings. The lagoon-style beach, lush gardens, and relaxing ambiance were perfect for a peaceful escape. The service was top-notch, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and luxurious. Dining options were also excellent.

Loved it absolutely! Went there for a celebration staycation and the receptionist Boushra was so kind, attentive and made a full difference in our stay and experience. Also, jt is really nice to have twiggy access! Totally recommend it

Bathroom was not ready because they didn’t fix water spray (shataf) before we reached.

How quiet it was. An old property in dubai but timeless, well maintained and service always impeccable

Excellent resort with a great choice of facilities. We really enjoyed walking around the hotel and seeing all the greenery, using the choice of pools (including Twiggy) and very good gym. Breakfast is outstanding.

The service provided by the hotel staff was very good.

Booking does not clearly explain before booking that only one type of room is pet-friendly. I had to return my pet, and it was a very disappointing experience.

The bed was extremely comfortable every time you lay down you feel like sleeping. The room dining was fabulous and delicious. The bathroom is astonishing, this is by far the best Hyatt hotel in Dubai!!The pool and lagoon was another level.The gym was fully equipped with everything you need, they even have a small basket with a selection of free protein bars and apple.The breakfast buffet was the largest I’ve ever seen so far with all the food you can possibly think of. Definitely will visit again when going to dubai.

I had a truly unforgettable stay at Park Hyatt. The lagoon pool was absolutely stunning, serene, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax. food were slightly costlier but very tasty, This is truly one of the finest properties I’ve ever stayed at – elegant, peaceful, and impeccably designed.A special thank you to all the staff – each interaction was warm and thoughtful. Everyone was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. Can’t wait to return!

A bit costly

The rooms are spacious and have a great view and the landscapes are breathtaking but what i like the most is how friendly and helpful the staff are specially mr.bilal he helped us a-lot and gave us a late check out because our flight was at night -we have a little kid- so it was a big favor
