The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of options, and plenty of food.

While the location is very good in terms of being able to access the beach, and restaurants, and shops, in order to drive most places, you had to go on to a one-way Street in front of the building and make a left which was always very backed up.

Did. Not like the fact that the pool closes so early....7pm. Weather in Dubai is hot and it's perfect in late afternoon to evening for swimming but you can't because it's cold. All the other hotel guests were out swimming at 10pm while we stared

Little Old furniture, but functional

love the food, everything is fresh and nicely cooked. all the staff are nice and very polite, and caring. they are all very kind. and im so surprised with the free upgrade, from 1br to 2br the apartment is massive and neat, view is also fantastic. 100%

a staff told me i have a visitor and i need to pick him up at the lobby but when i came to the lobby they already sent my visitor up to my room. they called to check how is everything so i told them everything is ok since it is but after a while someone knocked and ask the same thing. but its ok not a big deal its just so weird hehe

The area is quite busy with daily traffic. More attention is needed to cleanliness, and some of the older furniture should be replaced.

The only positive aspect about this stay is the staff who deserves a 10. 10 for staff and 5 for the hotel.

The smell of food is allover the lobby. The breakfast is untouchable (a mix between strong smells, ugly room and noise. The appartments are old, poorley maintained and moldy.

Don’t expect luxury, because you’re not paying for luxury. The staff is phenomenal and exceptionally kind. The reception team is very dedicated and genuinely eager to help. I would especially like to highlight Mahabub, Kasif, as well as the lady who was at the reception when we arrived — we were extremely tired after a long and exhausting journey.The location is excellent if you want to be part of the Dubai Marina and JBR scene.

Everything. Rooms were not cleaned upon our arrival. TV modem and TV wires were unplugged. There were small insects on the table. There were fruit flies in the entire apartment. When called the reception Supervisor Ajit came and said he has removed the glass and placed it outside.There were cockroaches in the kitchen. I was told pest control will be performed on Monday at the earliest as I checked-in on the weekend.I was told room will be deep cleaned, which never happened.There was a dead fly on the floor and it was there for 2 days before it was cleaned.One of the glass provided had a chip on it and I showed it to Ajit and he just removed it from the room without replacing it.I asked for a dishwasher cleaning POD which was complementary for the first night other wise I have to pay for it. I also had to ask for dishwashing detergent and sponge for cleaning dishes.Balcony door doesn’t close properly, so you would hear music from the restaurant below clearly and it was a nuisance. There was dust on the bench TV was sitting on.It was a disaster of an experience at this location for what I paid for 6 nights, I expected much better quality and service.Housekeeping: they did the bare minimum, they don’t vacuum the carpet in the main room. I was here for 6 nights and I don’t believe the sheets were changed in our apartment. Water was provided.Breakfast was not fresh at all: Onion-rings/potato wedges, noodles, rice were all cold and appeared to left overs from the night before. Boiled eggs were overcooked. Who severs onion-rings and rice in the breakfast?The only thing fresh you will get will be eggs on order i.e omelette, scrambled eggs, fried egg.I asked, for a late check-out and was told that I can stay until 2pm which is understandable. The day of checkout I get a call at 12pm from Reception Manager and she said “NO” I can’t stay till 2pm and she would allow until 1pm, which I followed.No one was motivated to make the experience a memorable one.

The location and the staff. The crew in the breakfast area (especially Risa) were very attentive and efficient. Hakeem and Kashif did a good job in assisting us all through out the stay.

It’s an old decor and run down kind of furniture and property. Staff though is very nice and cooperative. They are very welcoming.
