It was a nice stay with great food experience and Smiling and helpful staff.

Appreciate the sustainability method that they are having. But need to improve on the quality of handcream and soaps. The moisturizer bottle had some black particles in it.

Room cleaning is totally not good. Curtains, windows, toilet, fridge, all are not well cleaned.Toilet flush is not working well.Many clubs in the hotel with poor sound isolation, this introduces a noise with uncomfortable staying along the night

Breakfast and clean.

Dated facility. Loud music from the clubs on the first floor. Small requests from the staff is chargeable for no reason.

The room is very spacious, more than enough for three people. The bathroom is very clean, and they provide a complete set of basic amenities. Iron and its board are also available. The breakfast option is fine. More like a light meal, rather than a complete breakfast. Not bad, but not exceptional as well. It's just the right amount of quality. Hot drinks were also available. Need to take a taxi to get to the hotel from the airport, as it's quite far from the nearest MRT station or bus stop. The good side is that the area where the hotel is located has less traffic. So it won't take too much time to get to the hotel. It is better to take a taxi or use a ride-hailing platform such as Uber/Careem.

On the day of stay, there was an Indian party being held in the hotel's bar and it was held over the night. Although the room did a great job of dampening the noise from the party, the amount of sound that still entered the room was a bit disturbing.

Location was perfect at the new year eve

need to replace some item especially in toilet like the waste bin, bath towels to be replaced with the new one as towels looks like old.

Bath Towels to be replaced as it seems old, on ground towel to be used after the shower was either missed or not provided in the hotel.Rates should be inclusive of breakfast.

The room was very nice and comfortable.

The TV in the room didn't have streaming service apps, so I didn't use the TV. There was a lot of noise from the highway outside my room. My room had a balcony and the door was very difficult to open. I ordered room service and my order was wrong. The only restaurants in the hotel were Indian, though the website showed other types of restaurants. The breakfast was ok, with terrible coffee.

Reasonable price and the room is clean.

Need more choices with the breakfast.

The room was lovely excellent size very clean and simply had everything i needed.it's not my first stay, and for sure will not be my last, and the staff were very friendly.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. I requested early check-in and the Indian receptionist was very rude. They charged me extra without informing me in advance, even though I messaged them as soon as I booked & called them before arriving and they ignored it. First he said there were no rooms, then suddenly said I could get one if I paid 100 dirhams. He kept changing his words. I also requested separate beds, but they still gave me one bed. The reception staff are rude and unprofessional. & when I was at there I told the manger you didn’t send any text back saying you can’t check me in early & I will bad review to defend him self he sent the message same time I don’t recommend this hotel.

Very clean hotel with tasty breakfast.

There are no bus or metro stops near to hotel. You need to order taxi if you want to go somewhere in Dubai.Also there are several lounges and night clubs in hotel, might be slightly inconvenient for family with little children.
