The location of the pool and gym we move to another place hotel was not easy for us, and they close the pool early

Washroom water hot & cold both were available

Satisfied stay, they have less staff for check in/out, and takes much time for checking in out, rooms was small, don’t provide extra drinking water.

It was not clean at all, stained bedsheets, hair on pillows, stained bed covers, stained sink, horrible hygiene in general

Internet is very slow (download speed barely reached 4 Mbps / very unusual for Dubai)Parking is always full / need to leave your keys to the security guard and call him to move other cars each time. Just annoying.

The HSK staffs are not professional and they don’t know how to speak with the guest, showing attitude and not fulling the guest request.

Uncomfortable loud music from the other rooms shouting banging anywhere slamming the door it’s wasn’t sleeping well

Requested for an ice bucket which was delivered in a disposable cup after more than an hour

The staff in the evening is unprofessional, and the security is awful. I have many time there but this is the worst stay ever in the hotel , the room purposely given near to the room service all night noisy ,

The location of the hotel is close to festival and the airport only the good quality about this hotel only.

The room I was given had sewage smell constantly and they moved me to a new room the next day, uncomfortable and unclean bed and pillows, sleep was the main issue the minimum bare requirement for comfort and cleanliness and service was totally absent. I would recommend anyone to choose any other hotel.
