Avani Plus Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites

Staff and Breakfast were both excellent, at the Seven Seeds where we had breadkfast each day was the star. She was very pleasant and attentive for both my wife and I.

The mini combo washer dryer in the room had a smell, I guess this is a issue with that type of equipment but my wife definately did not like it. We mentioned it to the staff (who otherwise were excellent) and it was sort of glossed over.

Friendly staff.

Everything was perfect.

Cleanness and staff.

We liked the view the cleanliness of the property, the comfortable rooms, and the helpful staff.

Daily traffic congestion and busy junctions. The swimming pool was not warm.

This was my first stay at Avani+ Palm. It was amazing, really great facility, convenient location and beautiful kitchen ware of best brands + washing machine. What else we needed for our 6-7 day stay at this nice facility. And great pool.

The high price of beer

Breakfast and restaurant, room quality was top notch. Expensive but worth it

The apartment was great, the pool was lovely

It was hard to get anywhere without a car/taxi

My friends and I loved the overall stay so much. We took the apartment type (it's one of the nicest one I've stayed here in Dubai btw), the size, the layout with the high ceiling and curtains were wonderful. Breakfast options were also a good variety with rice and thai dishes in the morning. Wow. Their french toast were so yummy, we wanted to eat it again the next but since they change menus daily, we appreciate that the chef personally made it for us. Thanks so much! The concierge team were amazing too, they went the extra mile to deliver so many of our deliveries (Thanks Andrew & Luca) It was such a super lovely birthday weekend. <3

Nothing to complain about, everything was great. :)

The room is specious modern style. I like most the staff, there are very supportive and friendly. The hotel has a free valet service which was great and easy to use.

No thing

Not deserve the value

The soundproofing in the rooms is very badI hear noises of movement in the rooms next to mine all night and I can't sleep.

Infrastructure, Valet parking, pool, breakfast

Nothing worse to be mentioned :)

Wonderful property with easy access to Palm Jumeirah. JBR , Dubai Marina Mall & other nearby attractions accessible through Tram Station adjacent to HotelInfinity Pool also was amazing.

The location, the proximity to the places I want to go, and the access to public transport

Clean, comfortable with good staff

Property advertised, sold and charged me for a two bedroom apartment 1 King bed and 2 Tween beds. When we entered the apartment, it includes one King size bed in one room and TWO SINGLE bed in the other room.An Iranian concierge who works at the first night, push us to accept the room as it is. She played big game in Farsi language to tell 2 Tween means 2 single. Finally property manager provided an extra bed and several times contacted me to make sure I am happy.

Location facilities service rooms are spacious and very well equipped

Good services, pleasant staff and very clean.

We enjoyed the breakfast meal, but we hope the restaurant can improve the ventilation. The cooking smell was very strong and stayed on our clothes after dining

breakfast was good and standard. Hotel is located in good and accessible location but a lot of construction activities were going one near the hotel.

This was our 2nd. time because we had great experience during last time. Love the breakfast buffet spread and the views form the room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Will certainly choose Avani for our next visit.

I wish, I had booked my room with a balcony to enjoy the view further.

The apartments were big, spacious, and very clean, which made our stay really comfortable. I also liked that the hotel offered a half-board option, which was very convenient for our family. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.

I wish we didn’t have to pass through the lobby to get to the pool.

The food was great. I made a special request and they did it the other day. The stuf is very kind and attentive.

Pool view is construction
