Just the location

Dirty rooms, dirty bathrooms, dirty windows, dirty balcony, dirty bed, dirty bed sheets, dirty smell of whole otel, rooms and corridors, noise in the rooms.

Zero, I don’t like anything it and I don’t recommend.They don’t know how to serve the guests.- Rooms are dirty, walls dirty, lights very bad,- TV was not working on normal channels.- Bathroom was not prepared well - no rages- no towels- furniture is old and broken- no answer from Reseption and Room service- my room reservation was facing Dubai Mall and Sheikh Zaid road , the problem that u can’t see anything from the glass and too much noisy.- Room doors not closing well, you have to force close, which making too much noise.- at the end all that reflects on the price, which shows that’s they are shitting.- my advise : remove that hotel from the booking list.

Very very very dirty.. very disgusting.. the staff is very bad .. no towel available at bathroom.. when i call they shut the phone down..very bad smell.

Peaceful setting of Emirates Grand Hotel away from noise was ideal for couples. Tranquil environment let us focus on each other and truly relax during our vacation.

There was an ironing board but not an Iron, I have called 8 times as well as went in person to speak to the manager to ask for an iron and none of them could deliver an iron. Not sure whether they didnt have an iron or they didnt care enough until a random employee brought it 2.5 hours later. My conference started at 8:30 but I arrived there at 11am. You can check the video activities to the front desk and my conversation with the manger. I traveled for 14 hours flight to be at the conference but was late because I couldn't iron my outfit. HORIBLE

This hotel was so bad I couldn't enjoy my trip at all!

The first room I was given had dead insects on the floor and flies covered the curtains. The room smelt and looked dirty. I asked for a new room - the second room was better and looked more like what I had paid for but still was not very clean. There were stains on the bedsheets and on the tables. It looked like the floor had not been mopped in months, I had to keep my shoes on at all times. The bathroom sink water was brown and dirty and by the second day it stopped working - there was no running water. I have never seen a hotel this bad. It was not what was advertised on booking.com.

The room was extremely dirty. There were no facilities in the room at all, and it was full of insects!! There were not even slippers or hangers. The hotel staff were very rude, and if you call the reception from your room, they never answer! I even complained to the reception in person, but nothing was done. Fortunately, I stayed there for only one night. Do not choose this hotel — not even if it’s free!

The soft lighting, elegant decor, and the fresh flowers in room created a romantic vibe that enhanced our entire stay and made even simple moments feel special and memorable.

Nothing was prepared - towel, Amenities, no cleanness, AC is not working -nothing good. At the front, many people were complaining.

Terrible

The room was filled with mold, the elevator was not working. The room was disgusting and had hair all over the bed. The shower had hair everywhere and was not cleaned the room smelled soo bad.

Staff were very nice and trying to be accommodating

There is no hot waterNo towels at hotel, I asked for towel to shower and they said they have nothing to till tomorrow morning. Called in the morning and no towels till after 5pm. Didn’t shower for 2 days so end up buying my own towel.house keeping is horrible, they don’t take noise complains seriously, as phone night till 4 am coz next door people were partying.they also didn’t smasher customer service WhatsApp , no calls, I was stuck in another country and I wanted to let them know I’ve extended my stay so they don’t just throw my stuff in the garbage . No answer so I had to fly back for my stuff.

I could not stay the night

I was not able to spend the night in the hotel because it was extremely dirty, they showed me two different rooms but the bad was very dirty in both. I had to book a nearby hotel. The staff was not showing any empathy towards any customer and they definitely didn’t show any support to me when they saw me leaving after 10 minutes from my check in time.

I have been traveling for many years, but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I normally never leave negative reviews about hotels or restaurants, but this hotel pushed me to that point. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.The room was very dirty. No one came to clean the room during the day. Even when you informed multiple people, nothing was done. We stayed at this hotel for 7 days; from the first day I reported that the phone was not working, but during those 7 days neither was the room cleaned nor the phone fixed.There were dirty stains left on the curtains by previous guests, and they were never cleaned. There was a visibly large amount of dust on the ceiling. When I told the housekeeping staff that dust had accumulated on the ceiling, they told me it was normal because the air conditioner was running. The carpet in the room was covered with dirt and debris.The hotel is very old and smells very bad. In short, do not choose this hotel and do not waste your money.

I was happy about my room. Shop within. Late check in. Late checkout. Great location for my specific purposes. Will be back.

Bathroom at Emirates Grand Hotel was well-appointed. Shower stall was clean, drainage was good, and complimentary soap and shampoo were decent brands.
