The house is moldy smells moldy the ceilings and everything is moldy, the (queen size bed) was 2 single beds joined together and you could feel the edges, very hard that our backs started hurting, hair in the bathtub, carpets and furnitures were very old

We had a great stay in the hotel, the room is spacious and clean, the staff are accommodating. We are definitely going to come back here.

It was the most horrible experience in my life as a hotel it shouldn't be a hotel straight away second when you do a check in the furniture is very old there is a bad smell in the kitchen and everywhere unclean mugs that's why I asked for a clean one to use it I can't set on the furniture because so dirty and unclean I put a towel just to set on the couch when it's your time to check out there is an annoying girl let you feel stress from the first step you enter the hotel zero communication skills she called you in 11:30 to remind you the time is check out so worried everywhere in the world the time of checkout is 12 PM no need to remind me she just made you feel stress what I know is that when someone didn't do a check out on time they should call him everything is so worried about this hotel especially an Indian girl I don't know her name but the worst communication skills with the guest this is a place not to get rest to get stress

Everything first of all when I made my booking I put pay later they took a first night price from my account

Security was very helpful as were Muhammad, Kamal and Nina at the front desk

The location was great. The metro is nearby, and there are many affordable restaurants around the corner (mostly Asian or Indian).The room is spacious and comfortable. We even felt that there was too much furniture, which, in our opinion, wasn't necessary. The hotel, in general, and the room have an older style, so it could benefit from some renovation and refreshing. However, what was provided was fine and functional; it’s just a matter of personal style.The staff is excellent—everyone is very friendly, helpful, and reactive. We had an issue with the washing machine, and it was replaced within an hour, which was impressive. There is staff available 24/7 at the reception, so there's always support if needed.They prepared a baby bed for our toddler when we arrived, so it was super nice (and free).The free parking is great if you rent a car (which is much needed in Dubai). The swimming pool is also quite nice and not crowded at all, although it was a bit cold, even though it’s exposed to the sun and the weather was hot. We used only 2 times during our stay, but it was still nice to have.

The kitchen didn’t have many appliances or dishes. The few pans and pots provided were so damaged that it’s not really safe to cook with them, as they have many scratches, which is bad for health and should be replaced. We didn’t have enough cutlery (just one fork, while we were two adults and one toddler), so it would be nice to have more provided.

The hotel is so expensive while it’s not clean, we found some bugs inside rooms and bathrooms!! first and last experience

Room wasn't cleaned as well - Lots of dust on the furniture. Carpet and sofa needs deep cleaning. Someone had to physically let us in while parking carMicrowave was broken.

Since my last visit (back in 2013), nothing has been changed. Everything inside the apartment looks very old and some pieces of furniture are very dirty.This is not the fault of the employees.They work with what they have.This is the owner’s problem and if they want to continue to be competitive on the market, the whole interior of the apartments need to be changed ASAP.

Only 5 minutes walk to the Mall of Emirates. Local restaurants around the hotel was great. Parking facility is good also. Liked hanging out by the pool after work. Staffs were very friendly and accomodating.

Gym equipments should be upgraded. Sauna was closed (or broken).

Location is excellent, Room is good and clean.

Kitchens utencils needs improvement

The rooms are OK. Old but maintained. Lifts are Small. The staff are good. near the markets and areas filled with people.
