Rose Garden Hotel Apartments - Al Barsha, Near Metro Station

Housekeeping was good.

Bad internet connection . Barbecue smell every day on the corridor . Noisey place . Can't sleep day. Next to the building new construction. They refuse to change my room to quit side. No free breakfast. Stupid deal. Reception is frustrating .

Very nice location, We had a wonderful stay at there with my family. The staff were exceptionally respectful, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and comfortable experience.

Welcoming vibe, they offer us some refreshing juices and fruits when we want to check in. Maybe because it is still in the winter season, the swimming pool is not packed. Last but not the least, we got an upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment.

No thingevery thing was amazing

1- Staff is extremely professional and supportive. Everyone helps you around the clock.2- Apartment is really at heart location, main landmarks are accessible within the 10-20min drive.3- Cleaning was amazing - if you lucky and cleaning boy is Foyez Ullah on your floor then he will really amaze you with his job. Hats off to his all his work and dedication.4- swimming pool at the roof top was pleasant.

I stayed at Rose Garden Hotel Apartments in Al Barsha with my family for three nights, from December 19 to December 22, 2025, and we had a very pleasant experience.The room facilities were excellent and well maintained. Everything we needed for a comfortable family stay was available, making us feel at home throughout our visit. The room was spacious, functional, and suitable for traveling with family.Cleanliness was one of the highlights of our stay. The room was very clean, tidy, and consistently well taken care of during our stay. Housekeeping did a great job in maintaining high hygiene standards.Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, and good facilities made our family trip enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Rose Garden Hotel Apartments to families looking for a comfortable place to stay in Al Barsha, Dubai.

The perfect location, close to the metro station, the very friendly staff, the facilities like excellent balcony view, nice swimming pool and gym, well, everything was brilliant, actually we didn't use the breakfast on place, because we had a fullu equipped kitchen and a lot of stories around

Good location, less than 5 min to metro station.Restaurants and supermarkets nearby.Spacious apartment.

Not very modern, but it is a good value for money.It would not be fair to compare with other price ranges.I would chose it again.

Climate control was not working properly

Location: 5 min walk to the Metro Line or 10 mins to Mall of Emirates.Nice big room, lovely rooftop pool.Seems a long way from airport, but Dubai is very spreadout, the Metro takes you everywhere.
