Nothing,the photo that they uploaded is for maybe 10 years ago,that wasn’t cleaned.

THE RECEPTION , they has to change that person, I have not even entered in the room, by seeing his rude behavior

The location is good, staff are so welcoming and professional plus the place was clean

The bathroom was leaking, very small shower area without bathtub,the AC was not working properly,the room was hot and there was no drinking water in the room as well

The Hospitality, well mannered and professional behaviour of Manager, Reception staff as well as of Room Service staff.

Telephone repair service in room took longer than estimated.

Really not fair the price with the room not maching the AC not working properly,the door there is no key everything is verry BAD

i didnt like the receptionist attitude u must putnthem on training because that guy who assisgned last night (8:45 evening Duvai time) was rude and dont know how to entertain guests properly. very disappointing!!!

Nothing it was a waste of money I’d say

even they don’t give you a bottle of water/towels for shower/tooth brush/slippers very bad not respectful reception staff

I did not like nothing about the property and I was trying to go to another hotel but they keep giving me the go around.DO NOT RENT.It is a Scam.

Every thing was bad about this so call hotel.The pictures on the website are not the same as the hotel completely different.will never recommend. And customer hang the phone on me twice.water was running at the bathroom non stop.

The stuffs were so rude.. I arrived early at 4am only to be treated so bad by the stuffs at the reception.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had terrible hygiene. There were bugs everywhere, and the hotel staff did nothing to address the issue. The room was also very dirty, and the sheets were stained. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was too good. They helped us to get good room for the family. They guided us with well organized trip plans. They can arrange trip vans or cars for all sort of activities.

1- Slightly liked the internet service. The speed was okay.

There are rats .nit clean. Bad breakfast.

What was advertised on the website and the actual state of the the hotel was not the same. I payed for breakfast and my kids and I were not able to eat break because it was terrible. I felt like I was scammed.

Room was old. Breakfast wad terrible. Beds were too small. The shower towels were old.

The staff

Firstly, the pictures booking.com have compared to what you actually see is disrespectful to guest booking. Furniture was broken. Lifts were not good. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting, it was nothing like it was advised that continental.

I make mistake in booking the gusts name. So they take all my money with out use. Am so sad ?. Am never back to this hotel. And I will tell to all my friends this issue

Receptionist staff was OK but room conditions to old and not maintenence even washroom null not work properly..There is hand wash bottle but don't have soap inside. And washroom slipper is like since 3 years old used slipper.

Staff are cooperative and friendly. Perfect location at Banyas squire in the meddle of Naif Souq nearby Gold Souq, best place ever for shoping, near KFC, Local mobile phones shoping + retailers.

Hotel is old and small, not all rooms options can be available.TV channels are too limited, only 6 channels. Due to crowds and congestion, taxi can't stop unless you book it in advance.
