All the workers from the receptionist to the cleaner were courteous, respectful and more importantly, whenever you walk in the hotel, it smells very fresh and clean.

Kettle and coffee machine had mold in them. Every time I called the receptionist they would ignore what I’d say and brush it off. Had to call them multiple times for things and they would end up saying they don’t have any. Told them I got an allergic reaction and weren’t concerned at all. Tried to leave hotel and booking told me that the facility would drop their call, they tried call them with different numbers and they wouldn’t pick up at all. Now I have really bad rash all over my back and abdomen.

Too much noise from the street level even at 8th floor.

It’s been a few days since I’ve checked out of this hotel so I feel like I’ve given the staff ample time to reach out to me and apologize after the conclusion of their “investigation” but instead I haven’t heard anything. I decided to take a solo trip to Dubai for my birthday last week and this was my hotel of choice. Initially everything was fine and they even upgraded my room on arrival. On 11/29 after eating breakfast downstairs, I noticed housekeeping was cleaning the room next door. I asked if they were coming to my room next and the 2 gentlemen responded yes. I thought this was the perfect time to use the bathroom and as I closed the door behind me, I closed the top latch as well. Just a few moments later, the housekeepers were shouting from inside of my room telling me that there were there to conduct housekeeping. This was the first time they invaded my privacy.The very next day before heading downstairs to enjoy breakfast, I made sure I left the DND sign hanging outside of my room door since this particular day I hadn’t used any towels. After coming upstairs from breakfast, I noticed the DND sign was missing and as soon as I walked into my room I noticed the bed was made up. They invaded my privacy once again.I expressed my frustrations to the male manager downstairs later on that night & he stated he would investigate this matter. I didn’t receive any feedback nor an apology since bringing this to his attention. I traveled solo as a female black American whose concerns have been dismissed and neglected. Please be aware when booking this hotel especially if you are traveling solo. They took advantage of me being by myself and provided little to no support.

The staff was very nice and helpful, always ready to assist us. We even received a free upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The private beach is right next to the hotel, which was very convenient.

The apartment was maybe smaller than expected but still had everything we needed for a short stay (although a dining table would have been much appreciated). The bed was super comfortable. The private beach is only 5 min away although during the summer you may prefer spending time at the pool (which is not the biggest but still useful to refresh yourselves a bit). Maybe a balcony would have been useful too (especially to dry beach clothes) but I guess it depends from room to room.

The sink was blocked two times in 4 days - the first time was repaired immediately; the second time (which was also our check out day) nobody came to repair it and so unfortunately we had to leave dirty knives and forks.

Absolutely Amazing Stay!I had an unforgettable experience at this apartment hotel! The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean. What truly made it special was the amazing balcony with a breathtaking view – the perfect spot for morning coffee or a relaxing evening.Every single staff member was incredibly professional – from the reception team who welcomed us warmly, to the friendly security staff, the hardworking cleaners who kept everything spotless, and the attentive teams at the swimming pool and beach. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.A big thank you to all the team for making our holiday so special. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back again!

Being palm Jumeirah- far from everything so you you’d spend a wee bit on taxi fares

Everything was just perfect

Location is pretty good especially if you’re with kids - it’s very easy to reach Adventure park by monorail. And a good promenade with restaurants just near a hotel.

The hotel is located not in a first row as it is marked at the map, the view from all rooms is to autostrada and there is a junction just in front of the hotel and at night the drivers are honking constantly. The hotel is old, not clean, everyone is pretty slow, you need to ask about everything for 2-3-4 times.

We have celebrated our birthday there and the staff was really kind with us. The service and how they communicate was 10/10! Thank you Adagio team, we will be back!

Unable to reserve an apartment with view over the marina. “Based on availability in check in” was not really good enough. Road noise can be intrusive.

A wonderful hotel with a private beach and a perfect location on the promenade. The reception staff provided personal and professional service, helping us with every question and making us feel comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to the 11th floor. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna added greatly to the experience. Excellent value for money – highly recommended!"

The staff are exceptional - remembering names, your coffee order everyday, polite and just wonderful. Hotel is so so clean - everywhere is sparkling The rooms are spacious - large double bed in the main bedroom of the apartmentThe private beach!!! Quiet, always space, cabanas and great food.The pool with kids toys!!! Such a great idea when staying with family, the kids loved it. The ‘making up of the room’ was outstanding, not just a make the bed job, they washed up any plates, hoovered,Tidied the towels - looked like a new hotel room everytime!

Very small balcony with one chair, couldn’t sit as a couple and have a coffee (given this room is for 4 people) and no view apart from another hotel building. The sofa bed is SO uncomfortable, needs a mattress ontop or it as it’s on different levels. When we arrived it wasn’t made up (which is fine) but there were also no pillows or duvet for it so we had to call down and get those. Some of the pillows were as flat as a pancake so you’d need two!

Perfect location, very comfy room, perfekt king size bed, access to the beach and services on the beach, very friendly staff in hotel and at the beach.

Everything in Adagio is excellent, rooms, service, people. Thank you very much gays we love you so much. Nizar, Natacha, Abdou, Nang and the others, you are the best.

I like everything there, may be the WiFi should work faster on higher speed.
