I really liked the very good location, the breakfast, and the friendly staff.

I didn’t like that at 10 pm the front door on the metro side was closed. Even after we asked, it couldn’t be opened. We were very tired with kids, but the security said it was the rule.

Windows and balcony doors are outdated and do not firmly close, basically they do not cancel any noise from the outside. One of the bedrooms was particularly drifty and noisy during nights. Breakfast is great but coffee machines are frequently out or with some of the issue such as out of milk. Sometimes people cherry pick some of the breakfast items and you can be left with Shakshuka with no eggs (for example)

Fix coffee machines, replaces windows and balcony doors.

Price and quality. Loud breakfast, not best food, feels chaotic.

I like the ambiance and very clean. The staff are very nice and accommodating. We had the best view in our room. For the price it’s really exceptional! Will comeback soon

One of my best hotels in Dubai, the metro station is about few steps away. The kind employee upgrade my reservation from Studio to one bedroom apartment was so clean and ready before the time of check-in. The gym is equipped with everything you need. Also there is a spa( i did not use ) and swimming pool. Definitely recommend the hotel and will come again.

All is excellent, what I liked also is the friendly and professional staff. I mentioned some names in my google review one day before my departure, I would also mention ms Smarika at the reception, who was dedicated and attentive to our needs.

Minor stuff in the kitchen like a microwave and/or a steel kettle to heat milk.

It's very hard to dislike something about this hotel. Location is spot on, breakfast comes varied enough with attentive personnel, and reception is very helpful in accommodating guests' needs. Also thank Samarika and Anam who really helped during my stay.

The staff was on friendly and helpful. Mahmoud and D'Souza were very cordial and attentive. The room I got for the weekend was very spacious and had everything that I needed to make my stay complete. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the Wi-Fi had no issues, the AC worked great, the balcony had a nice view of the city, and it's right next to a metro station and access to taxis was not a problem.

The water pressure in the bathroom wasn't adequate. It gets the job done, but I would have preferred it being higher. Also, due to the nature of being on Sheikh Zayed Road, it gets really noisy when sitting on the balcony even after midnight.

One of the best hotels we've been at in Dubai. Great staff and very helpful across all teams, reception, restaurant, gym and all. Also very clean to make stay hassle-free.

The breakfast was great, and there were many options available. The location was the best choice we made because it was central to all the places we planned to go. It was a worthwhile staycation, absolutely loved it.

I had many issues during my stay, no one car about the costumers, food are not allowed to deliver or someone can support, parking issues you I had to walk all the way because the door was closed, the room looks clean but the bed was not clean enough, also the room service closed after 10:00 PM, the funny park is the breakfast was not good at all, I have ever seen breakfast like this before.

The breakfast is served in a cozy dining area, perfect for starting the day. It’s a popular choice for business travelers, families, and anyone looking for a cozy, home-like stay.

This is a wonderful property for business travelers who are in town for meetings or work in the nearby area. Self-contained studios allow for you to be able to easily store some food for quick dinner, snack or breakfast on the go, and the room itself is quite sizeable.

There's nothing I don't like, per se. With that said, objectively speaking, amenities are probably. better suited for business travel than personal travel. Other hotels in the area probably have nicer recreational areas (pools, spas, etc), but if your expectation is function and not design or polish, than this would be a great hotel for families as well.

Our experience at Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with care and genuine hospitality. Shalika at the front desk welcomed us and had our room ready well before check-in after a long flight—what a thoughtful gesture! Alex, Maureen, Lakai, and Anam were also incredibly helpful and kind throughout.The restaurant team—Ashish, Salome, Elya, and Nerud—made sure we had plenty of delicious vegan and vegetarian options. Huge thanks to chefs Pedro and Nisal for the amazing food!Our suite felt like a luxury apartment with ocean and city views, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1.5 bathrooms, and a spacious balcony. Thiha and Abdullah kept our room spotless and cozy.The gym (open 24/7), sauna, steam room, and pool were all pristine. Special shoutout to Prashad, the Security Supervisor, for his professional and friendly presence.We also had the pleasure of meeting Claudino Pereira, the Guest Experience Manager, who made sure everything was perfect.My husband, 18-year-old son, and I were truly blown away.
