The staff were amazing and helpful

The waiting on the reception area to be checked in was to long.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Checking time. Had to wait for so long after a long travel.

The check-in experience was friendly and smooth, and the lobby feels welcoming and familiar. The room was very spacious and clean, which made the stay comfortable. I did face a few minor issues in the room, but the staff were extremely helpful and resolved everything immediately. The hotel’s location is decent, and parking is available, spacious, and easy to use, with plenty of parking spots, which is a big plus in Dubai.

This isn’t directly the hotel’s fault, but some unfriendly and intoxicated guests were allowed to use the XYZ bar, and a few of them were loud in the elevators and on certain floors. It slightly affected the overall atmosphere. While it’s understandable, I think the hotel could keep a closer eye on this to maintain a more comfortable experience for all guests.

The bedroom is comfortable and clean. The bathroom is good.

First of all, the whole place is so welcoming. Comfortable clean rooms, and good facilities (everything works).The staff (especially Megha, she was extremely reliable--such a blessing) to the security personnel, everyone is so sweet and helpful. The location of the property is just perfect, it's close to all the major destinations. I didn't try the breakfast but I'm certain that it is worth every penny.

There is nothing to complain about.

The reception team was attentive and help full , Special hats of to the HK and Engineering to keep the rooms well maintained , The attention to details in terms of room cleanliness is highly appreciated .

Lift Landing floors need to be shampoo washed thoroughly.

Service, staff, food, attentiveness - everything was great.

The hotel is on the highway and there’s construction going on so you have to go around the area which adds good 5-7min on your journey.

Everything was great! The beds were comfortable The staff was amazing. The massages at the spa were exceptional. The location was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice and clean hotel at a quiet and convenient location.

Our room was right below the fitness center and it was very noisy even early in the morning and late at night. The Rooftop bar was mostly playing Indian music.

Moon assisted us with a smooth check in. We had a great time. Facilities were great, breakfast was good and the location was also close to main attractions.

Location wasn’t close to any mall but they had shuttle to go around .

The most amazing part which i haven’t seen any where else was their kind and caring and always in good mood staff .. they were all so polite and kind and supper nice with us as a family of 9 with you g kids and a toddler. Ali one of the staff which helped us a lot . Their kindness and help and support made our trip memorable and so fun. Thanks Aloft Al Mina staff who made good memories for us .

The location of the hotel wasn’t that good construction all around and no proper eatery or restaurant available by walk .

It was good the food had variaty but more likely indian food and using less meat in their food more vegtables or chicken . Most of the foods spicy .

The room was perfect, I had everything I needed including a comfortable bed, TV, bathtub and glorious views of downtown Dubai from afar. The service was excellent too.Would like to stay again in this hotel.

The location for me was the downside. The hotel was quite far from downtown Dubai and from all metro stations, though it wasn’t that far from the old city and from a bus station.

The receptionist (Moon) was very helpful, and she is very quick in the check-in.

they don't have fresh juices in the room menu.

Supper clean and easy access to anywhere and everything you need. Rooms are very clean, staff are awesome.

Affordable, nice room facilities, and pool

I requested for 2 adjacent or connecting rooms, 6 days before our stay. They said they noted the request on their system, but I think they only did check when we were at the reception. Check-in is scheduled at 3pm, we got there 4pm and we still had to wait for the other adjacent room as it is still being cleaned. Check out is 12nn, the rooms should have been ready earlier than we have arrived. Also, the room smells of unproperly washed or dried cloth — probably the carpet. What I did not like much as well is when going to the pool, you have to pass inside the bar and pool hours is only until 7pm.
