Millennium Place Barsha Heights Hotel Apartments

I loved the location! The train station is right across the street. I took the train from there to the airport. The place is clean & a warm friendly atmosphere.

I was pleased with everything.

Excellent service and comfort. The reception desk staff provide some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The rooms and apartments are very well equipped, and the housekeeping and maintenance teams respond quickly when needed. The restaurant management and staff are also very attentive and make sure all guests are happy.

Everything is wonderful. The breakfast, rooms, beds, cleanliness, location. The hotel apartments are perfect for a family or group of friends travelling together, and has all the amenities one would need.

i like the girl who was reponsible making up my room. Hard working person. security in front was great

Well Room was not ready. Phome system was dead. blow drayer was dead and was never replace even after my request. Stove was not working. I think with that money i could have gotten a better place.

Very clean and new Mrs Dina was so kind and customer satisfaction oriented from the min I entered the hotel This lady is an asset to this hotel and any place she might work for If there one reason would make me book this hotel again will be her kindness and the professional way she treats the hotel guest I might spent over 1000 nights in hotels over the world but this is first time I feel that I must officially write appreciation comment about one of the hotel teamWell done Dina and hope to see you again (Portable coffee machine man ?)

The warm welcome from the reception team ( Dina ) it made the check in process so easy and remarkable, and the food quality over all scale from 1-10 I give 10

Breakfast management, it was very congested and disappointing to queue for breakfast every morning with variety of food ! That’s so unfortunate! And not motivating to return back !?

Big shoutout to the cleaning staff because every time, during the 9 days of my stay, I would go down for breakfast and upon my return my room would be cleaned. Everything was very cleaned and comfortable, and the amenities were a good value for the money.

The staff wasn’t the kindest, even sometimes I felt they were looking away to don’t engage with me. The people checking at the breakfast you’d expect more charm but again not a lot of engagement there.

I stayed at Millennium Place Dubai for 4 nights. The room was nicely appointed, with a washing machine, fridge, modern toilet, and a good shower. The location is excellent, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.However, my main complaint is the noise. The walls are very thin—you can hear the TV, voices, and every sound from the room next door, which really impacted my rest. Unfortunately, that’s a deal-breaker for me. I’ve stayed here before and have noticed that the quality of rooms and apartments varies quite a lot.Unless soundproofing is improved, I’d hesitate to book the same apartment again. Please consider investing in thicker walls or better insulation.

Location was great, 10-15min by taxi to all our point of interests, hotel also provides different free shuttles which was convenient. We were in apartment building and had a small kitchen, enough to prepare a quick meal. Many different options to eat in a walking distance, also supermarkets some 10mins walk which are open 24/7. Overall very clean hotel with polite staff

Breakfast options very limited which was a surprise comparing it to other hotels in Dubai, also breakfast room too small for all the guests and we needed to wait in a queue for 15mins to get the table. Pools also too small for amount of guests and if you are not there early in the morning there is no way to get a free chair. There are 5 elevators for the apartment building, but they are not programmed well and the elevator stops almost on every floor which is quite annoying if you are on a higher floor

The staff was adorable and efficient. The room was very nice and comfortable. The location was perfect for me and all taxis and ubers were around. It was clean all the time.

The TV wasn’t a smart tv and is linked to Chromecast and doen’t work with iPhones. I paid for the breakfast but if I wanted it in my room, it wasn’t included.

The room I was very spacious, Very comfortable. The hotel offers a convenient valet service which was useful to park the car when in a rush. Staff members were all welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best stay. Breakfast had all you need - fresh omelette, pancakes, fresh fruit, etc.

Location good ,facilities are good. Clean.

Room Isolation is very bad (door and window), you can hear any noise from corridor. specially staff when they are socializing together or when they are cleaning

The breakfast is boring and does not match the quality in relation to the price. In the mornings, long queues form at breakfast, and during these times as well as in the evenings, the elevators are overcrowded.
