I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is good. Great location etc.

The bathrooms need attention. Mouldy seals in the shower and generally around the bathroom. Doesn’t require return just proper cleaning and attention

Beautiful spacious room, great views of the golf course and always the most accommodating staff

Staff are really great. From the door, to reception, to the terrace and the housekeeping team also.

Reception team not warm, didn’t even ask how was our stay at checkout. House keeping was late till 6 pm to start. Bathroom had many issues, odor, toilet seat broken and poorly fixed. Service at the pool is very slow. Service at the breakfast for a la carte was also late.

I loved my room, clean, it had all the necessities. Just loved it. Breakfast was very delicious, a lot of varieties.Location is a little far from the beach, supermarkets, shopping malls.

By mistake I booked room and I don’t notice it’s twin bed and I was alone ( no one with me ) , explain to the lady in reception that I don’t need room with twine bed but she was nit helpful at all and confirmed that there’s no available room with one bed , but once I was waiting I notice some guests they just reached hotel and they are asking about one bed room and the another staff confirmed they have many !! Also she give me room with full noise , I can’t sleep all night and during morning also noise from here cleaning !! I came to get rest but I get more headache , always recommend my friends to stay there but after this experience I doubt

Facilities (Restaurants, Gym, Business Center, Pool)

Though smells beautiful, main areas and aisles were covered with heavy parfume. (the dosage can be decreased)

First and foremost, I have to mention Menna at the front desk. She is an absolute jewel and a true asset to this establishment. Such a nice, polite, and understanding lady who took the time to explain the hotel amenities and made the check-in process a smooth and pleasant experience. I sincerely hope her hard work and professionalism are appreciated at Vida.The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were superb, and the overall hotel vibe was fantastic. I will definitely stay again for sure!

Great Design, Elegant and Comfortable - very nice pool with nice DJ! Was a surprise! to be added also the reception Team "Menna" made a very pleasant check In and was very helpful.

The staff are very helpful .The room is well designed .Beddings are very soft.Nice scent in the hotel.Nice to go for a walk around early in the morning .The swimming pool is cold so you will not feel the hot weather Gym is good Elegant restaurants suitable for most tastes

The location is only 1 km far from the Metro station which could be solved by shuttle microbus every half or one hour.Golf course included but no one informed me about it.Gym towels need more fresh pleasant.Dogs' outdoor walk should be controlled better
