In general it's a good choice for few day stay in Dubai. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quite, clean and spacious. The metro it's close, only 2 minutes away. The breakfast was good and it was 45 AED.

The water was flowing down very very slowly from our 9th floor room both in washbasin and in toilet. There was no functional extractor hood in the bathroom, and also all the walls of the bathroom are from glass.

This is an amazing hotel, perfect location for a short stay. Close to the airport and City center is just a 2 mins by walk. Clean and comfortable. Special shoutout to Ms Sumitha & Mr Gafar for their excellent hospitality.

Nothing at all

My wife travels through Dubai on a regular basis for work. She alweays stays at City Seasons because she likes the location to the City Center mall and the staff alwasy take care of her.

Mr Missan at the reception is one of the Best reception Also Aya is a professional and qualified in the system Mr Faisal room help is very helpful.

Location , facilities

Room is nearby fire extinguisher (904) of building this is additional room they created I guess , there was no need for any such extra room in such luxury hotel , anyhow but it was comfortable I like gym, pool & other facilities they provided - thanks to City season suit

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel from start to finish. Everything exceeded my expectations.The staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made the stay truly comfortable and stress-free.The room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained, with excellent housekeeping standards throughout the stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.Hotel services were excellent, well organized, and efficiently managed. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and seamless. The facilities were well kept, and the hotel clearly maintains a high level of quality and professionalism.Overall, this hotel offers outstanding service, exceptional staff, and excellent comfort. I highly recommend it and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

GOOD ENVIRONMENT INSIDE HOTEL

BATHROOM WATER PRAY LOW PRESSURE

Nice big room, big window with view, huge bed, kitchenette, safe in room, sitting area. Staff were excellent. Breakfast buffet was good, omelettes to order. Close to Airport & Metro & Deira mall.

No dishcloths or soap. Very bright exit light in bedroom.

There were 3 people at reception, 2 ladies and 1 male - they were very helpful and polite and always said hello as we passed

nothing at all- everything was great - they left us alone and we enjoyed ourselves

Great studio. Good location. Nice breakfast and great staff.

Sound of the mosque near the hotel at early morning was really bad.

I found the facility greatly underrated . Rooms are spacious, building is relatively new . Free parking good breakfast menu.

Heated swimming pool. Location, restaurant near me.

I requested late check out was not available. No chattel to event like Big 5 or beach.

Not that much variety for breakfast. But overall it is still good.

Convenient location close to the metro station 3 minutes to the airport. Close to a shopping mall.

The room was quite large and had all the amenities. It looked like it had seen better days but it was quite sturdy.

Some bits didnt quite work well.

Upgrade was nice. Comfortable beds, facilities in the room.

Bath room could be more clean. Water pressure was low in shower. Warm water came after long time.

The room was spacious, it came with robes and slippers. You could also cook in the room, it was fully equipped. The hotel had restaurants within the hotel and the vicinity. In the back of the hotel was a park. The metro is a 2 minute walk- Diera City Centre.- red line . This is the same line as the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall , Dubai Frame - Max station, and The Museum of the Future - World Trade Centre stop. The property was directly across from the mall City Centre Diera. In this mall was a gigantic grocery/ electronics/everything store called Carrefour. In addition, there was Gift Land in which you could get groceries and souvenirs, and Day to Day as well in walking distance. Lastly, the airport is very close and I used Uber which is cheaper.

I did not like the buffet, it needed more of a selection than what was offered.
