Millennium Atria Business Bay

The staff are always at their best, attended to me most of the time, so respectful, and they assist in any way help is needed.

The staff took very good care of us. They make extra effort to make sure our stay is the best possible. Very well trained and courteous people work at Millenium Atria. Definitely recommending others to stay there.

I loved that it was spacious and it had a full kitchen and two washrooms with a living room and dinning room wasnt happy bring on the 4th floor but there was no other rooms available

I did not lime that we could not take the pool towels to the beach its silly that they wont let you sign the towels out

The hotel was not luxury as it looks in the pictures, the location is not close to Burj Khalifa and the down as I thought, you need 15 min to reach by the car. They mentioned a shuttle to Dubai mall, this shuttle available just once at 10:30am and we have to inform a day earlier. I'm was expecting better furniture in the room. The reception is not big as expected and they are using a very bad fragrance smell in the reception. The hot water in the room was disaster, you need to open the faucet for 5 min to get hot water except for the shower the hot water is over which you cant control it. Also the AC temperature cant be controlled, very cold, you can put any temperature you want but it wont response.

This is my second time at millennium atria business bay i like the service and facilities also the staffs specially kathrine who upgrade to one bed room my room and also Hari from concierge he is kind and helpful will definitely come back.
