The staff downstairs the reception and the bell boys the valet especially Abdu. But the staff upstairs need training. Giving contradictory messages and making you feel not welcome.

All the rooms had a strong smell of dampness to the extent that they were uninhabitable. Initially, I stayed in one room, then requested a room change, but the conditions did not improve and the problem persisted in the new room as well
There was a very unpleasant odor in the room, and the smell in the breakfast service area was also extremely bad

The guy in reception who claim to be the manager. I think his name Abdulrahim.was not corporate at all. And no is his favorite word

This is my 5th or 6th stay at Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel. Every time i choose this hotel for the same reason, excellent services, good value for the price, mall of the emirates is downstairs, and of course the quality of rooms.
Fast service quality of services
No balcony and traffics around hotel
This was our second stay at this hotel. Our flight arrived at the hotel very early in the morning, and the staff accommodated us in our room at the earliest possible time, allowing us to recover from our travel fatigue. Everyone, from the receptionist to the valet, from the staff serving coffee in the lobby to the housekeeping staff, was very polite and friendly. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of them. There is no doubt that I will choose the Sheraton family again on my next visit to Dubai.

The elevators, we have to charge the elevators every time we go to the room.
Super friendly staff and very helpful. Audi at the reciption was great and supportive to the last minute.

Next to Mall
This was our first time in the hotel as mentioned at checkin and no one informed about the lift setup we had to guess how to reach the required floor. There was a person arguing with the staff for an upgrade and both staff were attending him ignoring our presence. The humidity in our rooms was uncomfortably high.
The hotel was excellent, and I was extremely happy with my stay. The convenience of being located inside the mall made everything even better — access was easy, the atmosphere was pleasant, and it added a lot of comfort to my visit. The room was great, service was smooth, and everything was perfectly arranged. I especially want to thank Ms. Lagziri for her outstanding cooperation; she ensured all details were handled exactly as agreed. Thanks to her and the entire team, my experience was truly seamless and enjoyable.

haven’t stayed there in several years. was surprised with the flawless renovation that was implemented. the attention to details the friendly staff the cleanliness everything was super. The rooms were fully renovated it had a friendly modern look and feel.
This is a hotel we visit yearly now for four years. Mainly to celebrate with family. Every year it is super. This year not so much.
This year unfortunately was not like every year. My request for my children’s birthday was ignored. The room cleanliness was not per usual.

Front desk staff, the lady who checked us in. She made it a verbal point when I was checking in that she was right about the rate. And infact we were both right. She didn’t have to say that. Others were excellent
