It had access to the Dubai Mall and residents could easily access the Atmosphere.

Food was slow to come at breakfast. Our room had a water leak outside the room entrance

I had a terrible experience with Armani starting from the double charge then the amount of times to call the hotel and ask for the refund, also long time for the deposit refund, plus room service lunch was bad, and the room experience as a whole. Although I made an early reservation to celebrate my husband's birthday we reached and no amenities were provided, I had to call and ask them and it ruined my surprise. I also asked for a crib which was not there and my baby was sleepy!The room view was not nice, not worth the price at all. The room was not well maintained, you can see the scraped walls. The lunch was very salty and not worth the price at all. I have informed them. Overall it was one of the terrible experiences at one of the most luxurious hotels in the world.

Well, it would be good if the hotel work harder on preventing escort ladies from waiting at the lobby of the hotel.

The location is absolutely perfect - everything is just around the corner. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The concierge was truly exceptional, one of the best we’ve ever encountered in our travels. He was knowledgeable, gave excellent recommendations, and everything he arranged worked flawlessly.

The hotel feels a bit outdated, and the design tends to dominate usability almost everywhere. The lighting controls are unintuitive. The curtain controls are unintuitive. The TV controls are unintuitive. The shower knobs make it difficult to get the water temperature right. Finding your way around the hotel without constantly asking for directions is nearly impossible. Nothing personal, but this place would be great if it weren’t designed by Armani.

Everything is just on another level, feels like you came to another planet where everything is just how it should be. Ive never experienced that level of staff service. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Big thanks to the door man Yagea, who took care of my suitcases once I’ve checked out, great attitude and care. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

It was luxurious.Location is great.Super clean rooms and facilities.Great food!Check in team upgraded our room for free!Staff is so friendly.At the breakfast buffet, there was a waiter, his name is Taher from Pakistan, he was amazing and so friendly and helpful. We were late to the breakfast, and I burnt a croissant while heating it wrongly, I was so embarrassed, but he handled the situation so nicely and professionally. Although we were late, he also took our order for eggs and made fresh pastries and bread for us. Armani team members also make you feel like you are a VIP.

The check in took a long time and we were tired.Mostly, we don’t see employees at the chocolate shop in the lobby, and we wanted to buy the on a number of times.

The staff are annoying I ask for a dental kit and matches every day while I’m booking a smoking room I asked for late check out and the reception guy approved 3:00 pm and the started calling and entering my room while don’t disturb signal is on I was so disappointed and disturbed I have sleep disorder and it ruins my day

Under expectations, the services, facilities were below the average. Stuff in reception didn’t give any information about the hotel and the facilities.

The pools side stuff and special thanks for room cleaning stuff . They made sure what I like eg: pillows .

The staff was amazing; authentically Friendly helpful and interested in us and our interests. We felt like we mattered to them and that’s what made their exceptional hospitality stand out above all.

Navigating the hotel was difficult if you’re a first time visitor, so allow a little more time to meet someone or find a venuef

Have to walk a lot from the hotel to the mall and it’s not comfortable specially for old people
