The location is a great location - 20 minutes from my son and about 20 minutes to the airport or to Dubai Mall

I guess breakfast was dinners were poor. The pastries at breakfast time were perhaps frozen and felt cold to the touch- could have done better- pancakes were cold - all that was required to keep a waffle dough with a waffle iron and it would give a feeling as if it is freshly produced- choice of olives preferably unsalted. At the Toads bar, the pizza was heated previously frozen so it did not feel a fresh cooked pizza.

The property is in a good location, very calm and peaceful. Local transportation is easily available, which makes it convenient for daily travel. Overall, it’s a comfortable and accessible place to stay

The property is in a good location and a calm area with easy access to local transportation.However, some basic amenities are not available items like slippers, dental kits, and shaving kits are chargeable (5 AED each). There is no iron box or ironing table in the room; you have to call reception every time to get one. They have introduced a new QR scanning system, but the QR code doesn’t work properly.I usually stay here whenever I travel to Dubai, but I hope they improve these small things for regular guests like me.

but first day the AC was not cooling , no tooth brush and paste

the area is under establishment, a lot of dust part if the way to the metro station, it was hard to carry luggage and walk on the sand and the dust. the bathroom has no teeth brush, no paper tishu. the room is too small, and so the bathroom

In the bathroom there was an smoking smell, i complained two times and they brought air freshener but still the smell was there

There is superior supervisor named Mr.khair he is very kind and professional

I booked in the night I got there they said no room available cuz I booked late so I went 9am they said by 12 I had to checkout so they made me make another booking for an extra night. I stayed in the same hotel for a month despite that I was disappointed with the way the reception guy treated me
