Studio M Arabian Plaza Hotel & Hotel Apartments

The location is perfect, near the airport. The washer and dryer machine. The swimming pool.

Cockroaches in the kitchen

Location , cleaning , parking

The hotel clean and the staff are very helpful

The view of the apartments

Huge rooms and living area with complete working equipment (kitchen, washing machine etc) all very useful for families with babies/children!

The room we got is located far from the main elevators (which you must use to go down to the restaurant). There is another set of elevators but they miss the resto floor and have another entrance/exit. It is not very convenient for families with children or senior citizens

I had a very pleasant stay at Studio M Arabian Plaza Hotel and Apartments.Room:The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet, which made it ideal for resting after a long day. Housekeeping was efficient and consistent, and the amenities provided were excellent.Breakfast:Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options to suit different tastes. The food was fresh, and the dining area was clean and well-organised. The staff were friendly and attentive.Location:The hotel’s location is excellent, especially for visitors to Dubai. It is conveniently located near shopping areas, restaurants, and transport links, making it easy to move around the city.Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Studio M Arabian Plaza Hotel for both business and leisure travellers.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was very good and I was satisfied with my stay.”

Some of the front staff was awesome. The bell hop / baggage assistant was absolutely amazing very helpful .In closing this was my best stay thus far . I came in 2024,2025

They don't have wash cloths only hand towels & bath towels

Healthy, delicious options and wonderful service.Special thanks to Chef Rudolfo and the restaurant team — Hassan, Alisha, and all the staff — for making it such an enjoyable start to the day!

my room apartment 175) spvr. security man was approaching me I in a bad procedures

The location is perfect!!

But the breakfast was not good,I have been there almost for 17 nightsAnd the breakfast was redundant.

Its very clean the staff are very friendly specially ahmed they were all nice

Nothing it was good

I had young children and requested smoke free room I was placed on the 4th floor which is the smoking floor and smelled like cigarettes. The laundry did not dry our clothes we had to throw away all of our clothes because we couldn’t travel with wet clothes. We drove around the city to find a laundromat to dry it but no one was available within the time we needed. I explained this manager at the facility to give them a chance to fix things but she said there was nothing I can do. Now my next stop is posting on social media to warned people our this place and the horrible service they provide.

?

In one word. It was disgusting! Dirty , not clean ! Towels and bathrooms had hair on it. Floors dirty. Looking like someone was leaving there fir long time and left and they renting it out as is

Clean and spacious

not the best view

Bad experience

No towels they bring the towels after I called 3 times from my personal phone because the phone also not working There are cockroaches too.

Location is ok

I booked rooms for my friends, but unfortunately the experience was very unpleasant. There was a very strong and uncomfortable smell in the reception area and throughout the corridors. When we vacated the rooms, I informed the reception team about this issue. It seemed like the smell was coming from the nearby Nesto Hypermarket. Instead of resolving the root cause, air fresheners were used to cover the odor, which made the situation even worse and caused headaches for us.Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend staying here unless this issue is properly addressed.

the rooms are big and clean.

less choices food for breakfast .. wish to have more breakfast food option

Overall my stay with studio M was as planned and perfectWe liked the cleanliness and staff were very friendly and helpfulDefinitely will recommend it anyone

The food was varied and delicious. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very close to the metro station. The basement parking is spacious and convenient. There is flexibility in the buffet timings. The swimming pool was great.

There is no iron in each room, and you have to call room service every time you need to iron your clothes. Unfortunately, most of the irons were not working properly.Room service is slow.Overall cleanliness needs more attention. There were issues with the room’s electricity, and there are not enough power outlets in the room.

Clean, comfortable, safe, good breakfast, location near metro station

I was charged very high rate, as after one day of my arrival the prices goes down 50%

Very clean the stuff is very nice
