Tulip Creek Hotel Apartments

They had a big infestation. Roaches and a lot of flying bugs that bite. Most of the staff was friendly. They had electricity problems. Alarms kept going off all times of the night. Housekeeping only cleaned twice a week. That's why the roaches are so bad.

The Roaches and other Bugs are very infested at this Hotel. The kitchen burners do not work properly and the all male housekeepers most of them are very lazy. They half clean.

I liked nothing in the hotel.

I can say everything. The hotel was very dirty and the staff wasn't cooperative. A lot of bugs and dirts everywhere. The furniture was very old. The parking was terrible.

Proximity to airport and train station.

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The rooms were dark, somewhat unclean (there was hair on the bed sheets) and the whole building in general had an unpleasant smell.

rooms are not clean, kitchenette missing many important items, asked for a one big double bed got a room with two single beds, and staff were lazy and not bothered to change it. only had one set of towels instead of two for a double occupancy room.

The staff was very helpful and delightful.

There was not anything we disliked. My husband had been injured, at another location, they loaned me a wheelchair and helped me with him.

Room and services met my requirements. Front desk and housekeeping staff very responsive to my demands. Appropriately located for the purpose of my stopover

The staff at the front desk was not very friendly people at all be careful when booking this hotel and your procedures. They are hidden fees when you get there, they will surprise you after Booking pay for the hotel when you go to the hotel they will charge you extra $500 for deposit or 1000 for deposit. If you do not have it it’s nonrefundable they do not negotiate. I would never help you.

I loved the hospitality, Asad , Kaif and Kashif were very welcoming and attentive to our every need! We loved our stay at the Tulip hotel!!!

The receptionist Guy at 12 noon when we check in he’s polite and assist us with a genuine smile apologized i can’t remember the name i think he’s Indian .. we are very pleased and happy first time in our experience here in dubai .. We are happy .previously not to mention other hotels they are not accommodating ..so we didn’t expect this warm welcome in tulip creek hotel very polite staff we will recommend to our friends from abu dhabi . We are staying in Room 1205

Nice location and there is small park for sport exercise

Hard to ask staff for some upgrades and late check out..in this situation i feel bad about

Reception is use bad And hotel Manager also bad i paid for 12 day but after 6 days am i checkout ,manager is still now not asking my problem all staff is not good with reception and manger all bad This staff includes manger bad I like dubai and I hate tulip creek hotel apartment

The view

They advertise the balcony with chair's... When we got there, they don't have chairs and when we asked them for it they told that whAt you get we're nothing going to provide you with chair's take it or leave it... The front desk was very rude and unprofessional... The room was good but the Funiture is old and used.

1. Spacious for a couple.

1. Cooking pots are too big. Cannot use at the same time.. 2. Spoons and Forks are dirty. There are stains in them. 3. Cash deposit for security purposes should not be required. 4. TV has only one channel. 5. Lavatory in the toilet is too high.6. I requested bathrobe and extra pillows but it came only after my 4th request. Poor service. 7. No chopping board. 8. No bowl.
