Comfort and cozy, unlimited purified water in the room. Cleanness

Coffee quality was not ok for me.

Very friendly, professional, and responsive staff — the best part of our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of Creek Harbour. Everything worked perfectly, daily cleaning and fresh towels were provided.

There is some noise from the road if the windows are open, but with the windows closed it was not an issue.

Little noisy highway facing the rooms. Upgrading the windows/ facade will solve the issue.

The staff were super accommodating, the facilities were very clean and well maintained, and the gym and pool were very nice.

The staff were very helpful, kind and professional. The breakfast was good. The room was big. The hotel was close to the festival city. The parking was free and always had space. The pool was nice and not crowded.

There are a lot of construction around the hotel. They start from 6am and don't stop even in weekend. There is a constantly busy freeway close to the hotel. So expect a lot of noise. In the bathrooms there is no fan! The AC starts automatically during the night. The breakfast doesn't change much across days so it becomes repetitive.The price was too high during Christmas.

Cafe could have been open a little longer. Closing them at 10 pm does not serve the purpose esp when people are returning to hotel from site seeing around midnight. A good tea/coffee/snack availability at that time would be a huge bonus.

Staff was responsive and polite.

Room wasn't ready when I got in, so I was squeezed in a small room for my first of the four days I spent. Breakfast was tight.

The room has almost everything one needs

Not that I didn’t like but breakfast could have a larger variety of not cooked meals, ex: more cheese , ham, veggies and cookies / patisserie

The girl at the reception was so helpful and kind. The breakfast was yam. Clean and fresh smell. The view from the roof was just amazing

Need to improve two things, variety of breakfast buffet and cleanness of rooms.

Our stay at Element Al Jaddaf was truly memorable!We’d like to give special thanks to Rayan at the reception, who kindly upgraded our room and made our stay extra comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed.The hotel offers convenient shuttle services to several key locations around Dubai, which made it super easy for us to get around during our stay.Everyone we met was friendly, polite, and always smiling.At breakfast, we initially noticed the food was a bit overcooked, but after mentioning it once, the team immediately improved it — and from the next day, everything was absolutely delicious.We’re very happy we chose this hotel and will definitely come back again!

Wonderful staff, very attentive, Unlimited complimentary water(in-room ]and Machine Coffee[In restaurant]. Nice and clean Pool with life guard.

Cleaning staff should be more handy. They left dish washer pad for us to clean our dishes. It was weird.

Our family had a wonderful time at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. A special thank you to Sarah at the reception, who was so helpful and accommodating. Bella, our waitress, also made our breakfast more enjoyable with her friendly and attentive service.The skyline views were stunning, especially at sunset. The pool was the perfect temperature for the summer and a great spot for both kids and adults to relax. The food was absolutely scrumptious, with plenty of tasty options for the whole family.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be returning!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay as the room as exceeded what we have expected, plus the staff are really helpful, shoutout to Ryan from front desk. He's been really helpful from the time we arrived, until the time we left. Overall, the stay was amazing.

Nothing in particular about the stay, the food, the facilities and the staff. However, I would like to point out that parking was not so fun. A lot of other tenants have occupied 2 car spaces where we could've parked. Instead, we had to go further up as some of the car owners have parked in the middle of 2 car park slots. Kind of annoying to be honest.
