Al Jaddaf Rotana Dubai

We faced several serious issues during our stay, especially with the windows in both rooms. Unfortunately, we couldn’t sleep well due to the extreme heat inside the suite. After trying to figure out the reason ourselves, we discovered that the windows do not close properly and the rubber insulation is completely worn out. This allowed hot air to constantly enter the room, making the AC almost useless.Shockingly, no one from the hotel noticed this issue — we were the ones who discovered it. And when we reported it, the response we got was disappointing. We were simply told, "Is it okay if I fix it tomorrow?" — as if we weren't staying in a five-star hotel that is supposed to meet luxury standards. There was no sense of urgency, no alternative solution, and no effort to move us to another room or offer any compensation for the discomfort.When the rubber was finally replaced, it came off again the very next day — and we had to fix it ourselves. This is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that markets itself as luxury.To make things worse, on the second night, we were disturbed by loud noises around 3 or 4 AM. We don’t know where the noise came from, but it was extremely loud and made it impossible to sleep again for the second night in a row.The only positive side of our stay was the buffet restaurant. The staff there were the only ones who showed genuine care and professionalism. Mr. Mahmoud and the receptionist Therry were extremely kind, helpful, and respectful — they truly stood out and made a difference in an otherwise disappointing experience.Overall, the experience was far below expectations and did not reflect the standard of a five-star luxury hotel. We hope this feedback is taken seriously.

Everything was just perfect and confortable

Aircondition little too cold but it was adnusted right away when call for help thanks to the most amazing staff l mean the entire workers thank you making stay confortable.

Staff are very friendly and the facility is really clean

Ac not that cold also there was problem with hot water finish in few sec then they said will fix it and all the water become very hot

Every thing was fine specially Mr Adel at reception was asking us for every thing to make sure that our stay was okay and he even give us good option for their new program Rotana discovery and we will download just because of his of his advice that we will get benefits and we will save money.Thank you for your help all of you guys

The very friendly staff that upgraded my room to something exceptional! Very spacious rooms and good dining options at the hotel. Very good breakfast service.

I requested a non smoking room, but the floor I was on was a smoking one and room did not smell ok. The staff immediately changed my room to a much better one. The cleanliness of the sofa and carpets could be better.

The staff was friendly and professional from the receptionist Akram, Mr Tanzeel was very helpful, the breakfast staff was all Awesome

Everything was clean and perfect , the breakfast was delicious, they offered me a free upgrade to my room and sent me a complimentary cake for me and my husband’s anniversary , the staff were so professional and very helpful.I will definitely visit this place again with my family , it’s worth it .

The suites are spacious and well-equipped kitchenettes, living room areas. It’s good for longer stay and family

I booking through booking.com amd it clearly showed pay at propert however i received email to make payment in advanceOn contacting property customer service i was still pushed to pass by before checkin to pay or pay online which eventually i was forced to doProperty didnt fullfil commitment on clause to pay at property

I had such a great experience staying at this hotel! I chose it for a special occasion, and when I mentioned it in my booking, they really made it feel extra special with their thoughtful setup. The place is super clean, and the staff are so friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Honestly, I loved everything about the hotel.

The hotel’s modern design and fresh, clean atmosphere instantly impressed me. I loved the elegant style of both the rooms and the entire property. My suite was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and ideal for some peaceful “me time.” I’ll definitely return soon!

big room ,very good equipment ,so clean ,so comfortable ,big and clean bathroom ,very good living room with big sofas ,very good kitchen with every thing you need, excellent staff, and superb breakfast, very good room service.

The location was decent but still with no good view.The was also great it was big.

I faced several issues with my stay the hair dryer was missing, the bathtub was leaking and some problems with the hot water.

Very comfortable and quiet place. Food is excellent. It was my son birthday and they brought cake for him. Thanks to all stuff for their hospitality. We also enjoyed the swimming pool.

Odor in the toilets. It is not that bad. However you can still smell specially when we arrived.

I had an amazing stay at Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel. The apartment was incredibly spacious, very clean, and clearly well-maintained — it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was organized and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.But what really made my stay special was the breakfast experience, especially thanks to Chef Sandeeb. I’ve stayed in many hotels across Dubai, but his omelettes were on another level — perfectly cooked every single morning and made with genuine care and a warm smile. His friendly attitude and attention to detail left a lasting impression. For me, he’s the best hotel chef I’ve come across in the city.Overall, it was a very comfortable and memorable stay, and I would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and my stay was completely comfortable and enjoyable.
