The room cleanliness, I noticed the toilet vent was dirty and some area in the top was dusty

The housekeeping did not clean my room each time I put the make up room sign. I had to complain twice.

1. Location is great specially inside the mall you walk in to it.2. The Restaurant, breakfast team are the best they are welcoming, friendly and make you feel like home . If you ever went there ask for “DONNA” she will take good care of everything.3. Front desk are helping and understanding, I had an issue in my room just right I went in, once I explained it to the manager he took good care of the situation with an upgrade. Special thanks for mazin and “BISHOY”

Still the bed and pillows are so soft to sleep on. I had to buy a pillow , and I had few issues but it’s ok not a big deal

The beds were comfy and it was close to the mall and airport. Also the meals were very good.

I AM FREQUENT TRAVELING . ALWAYS STAY IN THIS HOTEL . ON ARRIVAL REQUISTED UPGRADE . UNFORTUNATELY .

Property is fine, good location,there’s a huge mall near the hotel, staff are very friendly and nice .

I reached the room , there was nothing in the bathroom such as dental kit or anything..the water kettle wasn’t working.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the mall and other convenient spots. I left something there but they found it and updated to me fast respond

However, the amenities could use improvement. My room only had one toothbrush and was missing basic items like cotton swabs. The trash bin was also broken, and it ended up scratching my finger. These small issues affected the overall comfort of the stay.I also tried their matcha cake, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to its name, I couldn’t really taste the matcha at all.With a few improvements, this hotel could be much better.

Accessible to everything

Just no microwave in our room to reheat our food, and fridge isn’t that cold but all over is fantastic ?

Always clean and close to the airport. All the staff are nice.

Not much do to in the hotel besides the pool. The kids play room was advertised online but was unavailable.

Room smell as it was like old carpet. Also, you have to request some amenities like the toothbrush and toothpaste.

- Location is good linked to dubai festival mall by a bridge, you’ll need 5 minutes walk to reach this mall, with Carrefur supermarket at the entrance of the mall.- Self parking on site free of charge in the hotel basement in front of the hotel and connected to the rooms/lobby elevators directly. - Staff at the reception are welcoming with easy checkin/out.

- Rooms are small with a small window.- Facilities in the room are acceptable yet not great but acceptable for 4 stars hotel or short one or two night for work especially. - Breakfast needs an upgrade and staff should be more cooperative and welcoming, usually a guest gets coffee from the waiters to their table not telling them to go pick it up as method of welcoming, courtesy and a good service.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Clean and location

The concierge service is very poor in keeping the bags and ordering the taxi They need more push to organise themself

our one bedroom appartment was a great deal for us, on floor 18 the view was good

Food and room are also good, the staff are very helpful, you will not go wrong to book at this place.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located near Festival City. The room was spacious and well maintained, and the facilities were good. Most especially, the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful from check-in to check-out, which made the stay pleasant.

Nothing major to complain about. The stay was short, and everything met expectations.
