Pearl Executive Hotel Apartments

Hotel was ok for the price, but kinda far away from the attractions, except creek and old town

Water pressure in shower was very low. So you need time to wash out shampoo or shower gel.

The room was big

There was an old soap bar and shampoo in the tub from previous guest. The overall didn't look clean.

Day staff was very friendly and accommodating

Night staff was unhelpful There was very little info given toward how things worked ie room service, housekeeping, pool hrs, etc

This hotel doesn't give the guest his room which reserved

I didn't even like a single thing in this hotel!

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN DUBAI!1. The building and facilities itself were very old.2. The common toilet in the lobby smell so bad!3. Staffs were not smiling and not accommodating.4. Hotel hallway reeks cigarettes.5. Upon arrival I requested 3 bath towels since we are family of three but, they only put 2 towels.6. Room 703 - NO COLD WATER!! The water is very very hot! Even the water heater is off. I called the reception to ask someone to check it. The maintenance guy said that they don't have cold water. He also said that it was a normal temperature of the water. HOW ?! The whole bathroom was coverd by the smoke because of very hot water. The receptionist who assisted my request doesn't care about their customer. ZERO rate for staffs!7. So obvious that they didn't clean well the room and the beds. There were a hair strands in the bed?!The guy even said, the manager will be here tomorrow. So, what? As if he was trying to scare me?! Will the manager give us cold water and make us comfortable?!PS. We asked other customers, they said that they have cold water in their room. (Staffs are liars)8. Bed and pillows were uncomfy9. BREAKFAST! We barely eat ! DIRTY and UNPLEASANT AREA for dining!10. Gym smells bad. Shower room and ladies toilet was closed. Staff said it's not working (The heck?!) Pool area doesn't have a security or lifeguard there.

Specially, the location and the housekeeping, Mr. Arfan manager of housekeeping, fantastic man fantastic job and make everyone hear. Happy make comfortable easy access to everything here treat you like family and friends. I like to everyone to check very good access to Dubaii are going to Sharjah for me very comfortable

Inaam & Noman cleaning services same like five stars hotels and their behavior was very good and excellent gentleman, i liked my room apartment by coming back from work everyday the room is shining and tidy plus extra needs with tissue+slippers and bathroom needs as well they helped with my stay to be easy in all the ways they were taking good care of my room daily

Really old and rusty hotel. I would never recommend to go there with a family.

Not clean. All was really old, floors where overcrowded and loud, crying babies etc in the floor. Nothing to do with a hotel.

I stayed at Pearl Executive Hotel Apartments for three weeks and it was an excellent experience. The housekeeping manager, Mr. Arfan, is a true gentleman who made our stay very comfortable. The rooms are clean, spacious, and perfect for families and friends. Although it’s a four-star hotel, the service truly feels five-star. A quiet, pleasant place—I highly recommend it!

The manager should be in jail hes so disrespectful from the entert of this hotel till the end the reservation reception were ext rude and have bad attitude they dont deserve to work there plus im suing a law suit againts the manager of this hotel cause hes so disrespectful to female guests he let his staff to ask female guests who are aloke to sleep with them and have a night stands which its again the UAE federal law in dubai and all around uae , i stayed for a month and i felt i was living in hell i saw cockroaches everywhere they were like around everywhere even at the toilet the bed the tv the kitchen imagine youre cooking and see cockroach walking through your food which mean poisoning he want the guests to die from this gross cockroach’s he doesn’t even knowhow to handle his trash room from cockroaches there were bed bugs and he sent men at night to knock on my door to aak for a night stands how can a manager do that to a female guests!!

The staff were very warn and welcomed, special thanks to Mr Shafiq, who did an excellent job and made my stay more enjoyable.

The toilet style was not my preference, the jacuzzi-style design.The breakfast did not meet my expectations and could be improved in terms of variety and quality.

There was hot water.

The Microwave was not working and refrigerator was not working properly. The place was smelly. It felt like a mix of cigarette and cockroaches. ?The towels were so old and also smelly. There was no carpet or anything to hold the water from toilet making the room unclean.
