Downtown Hotel

This hotel being on Booking.com is a fraud in itself. Arrived at the dilapidated Inn called a hotel, they didn't have room thou they had debited. They sent me to a worse facility with tripple beds. No breakfast yet they took my money. Theft.

They collect money for services they don't offer. Took my money breakfast money, no breakfast. Paid for double bed, found tripple beds in the Inn i was forwarded to. I booked Downtown hotel, it sold me to White Fort about 2 metres away. I had to roll my bags the whole distance. Fake hotel

Cockroaches everywhere, no toothbrush provided—staff said it’s because it’s a 1-star hotel, as if guests don’t need to brush their teeth. Very disappointing. The whole place, especially the washroom, smells awful—like an abandoned building. It’s old, dirty, and overpriced for such poor service. The toilet is unusable, reeking and covered in rust, more like a filthy public restroom.

Bed is very bad not good cleaning shower not working there no towels very bad service

We went to hotel and the receptionist informed that there’s no room vacant, I informed him that we already had a booking than how come the room is not available? Later the receptionist transferred us to another cheap hotel and it was a mess, booking.com should remove this hotel from there list, it’s spoiling the name of booking.com, as when we booked from booking.com we we’re having good exception, also, the pic shows in the hotel are fake, it’s shows sea view, but there’s no see view, the hotel is located in one of the crowded cheap areas in Dubai, It’s a shame for my friend who visit Dubai.

Terrible hotel

This hotel is completely unsanitary. The room is old, shabby furniture, dirt all around. Also dirty linens. Bed bugs bit us at night, hands and feet swelled from bed bug bites. It absolutely does not meet the standards of sanitation indicators for living. The air conditioner was covered in black mold and we had to breathe it with bed smell in the room. Around full unsanitary conditions, cockroaches and bedbugs.

One staff was sitting in the reception area while having his tea. He cannot speak english nor understand. There were leaks in the AC,bed bugs on the bed.

The check in and check out time is 1:00 pm but Booking.com mentioned it as 12:00 am and thats a difference of 12 hours

Wifi was really weak (203), even with consecutive follow ups with staff, still not fixed even until check out time. No action

Drinking water wasn't available. Room was dirty. Staff imprison was so bad as it seems they were not expecting any guest but booking.com did the mistake to chose there hotel for me. No washroom amenities. Price was so high if it comes to the facilities. Staffs are un-professional.
