I liked the location and the surrounding area.

I didn’t like how controlling the hotel staff were on who could enter the hotel. Also obtaining basic things such as ice was difficult and sometimes vexing. I did not like how much in the buffet I could not take a cup of coffee back to my room.

Location & the building itself.

The staff was awful -they have a NO GUEST POLICY. I had a quiet dinner party & they kicked all of my guests out. I spoke to GM next day & he said I could have guests if they registered. Same problem when I tried to have a visitor register. Complete idiots

Old furniture even TVs are very old and not working

The rooms especially bathrooms are full of mold. They advertise the rooms as clean and nice, but be aware of that. They refused any refund. We have now filed a report with the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai to proceed with legal steps against the hotel to get back our money. We didn’t sleep there and left in the evening. They tried to give us another villa room but there was the same issue. Proofs (video) have been sent as well to the authorities.

I liked a lot of the cleaning and concierge staff. Khalid was especially helpful with handling luggage throughout my experience. And Vishal did a great job with keeping the room clean.

I was underwhelmed with most of the front desk staff. I had to ask multiple times to get certain features of the room to be as promised. More importantly I was not a fan of their 50 L hot water tanks, not a great experience for couples both wanting a hot shower. But the overall stay was not bad. Just needed some fixes.

The treatment was bad

The TV is not working and I told them but they did not fix it even though I asked them to do so

May be the price is affordable and the location is good but some of the rooms are like jail!

Small gym, although there are not any other hotel's guests. They upgraded my room for free from the studio to one bedroom where the bedroom has only a small window, and it was like sleeping in a jail. Really it was annoying.

The Outstanding: Restaurant Team ExcellenceI must begin by giving tremendous credit where it's due - the restaurant team absolutely exceeded every expectation. Sofia and her entire crew, including the kitchen staff who seamlessly stepped in as waiters when needed, delivered exceptional service throughout our stay. Every meal was not only delicious but arrived promptly, and the teamwork displayed was truly impressive. The staff's willingness to go above and beyond their designated roles showed a level of dedication and customer service that deserves recognition. This team single-handedly elevated our dining experience and showed what hospitality should look like.The bellman also deserves special recognition for going out of his way to accommodate us. Every time we needed transportation, he proactively found taxis for us and ensured we had reliable travel arrangements. His attentive service made navigating the area much easier.

The Disappointing: Room ConditionsUnfortunately, the accommodations presented several concerning issues that significantly detracted from our stay:Despite booking what we expected to be a room with outdoor space, we discovered there was no balcony availableWindow seals showed clear signs of water damage and deterioration, with visible rust and structural problems that raised concerns about weatherproofingCondensation issues on windows created an uncomfortable atmosphere and suggested ventilation problemsMost concerning was the bathroom privacy issue: the bathroom was separated only by opaque glass, through which we could clearly see the silhouettes of guests in the adjacent room and hear their conversations - meaning they could see and hear us as well. This complete lack of privacy made the bathroom unusable (see attached photos)Fortunately, we had booked a two-bedroom apartment, so we were able to use the bathroom in the other room, but this shouldn't have been necessaryBathroom tiles were cracked and showed signs of water damage, with grout deterioration that appeared to be an ongoing issueBaseboards and wall joints showed water staining and damageOverall maintenance appeared to have been deferred, creating an environment that felt less than clean and well-maintained

- location is fabulous.- staff were friendly especially Mr. Sameh, the Operations Manager, and Ms. Pann the front desk lady, as well as the restaurant staff were very helpful and cooperative.- suitable for families.

The location and view are nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

There is nothing we don’t like but maybe the variety for the breakfast can be enhanced.

Great location, great staff

Poor breakfast, rusty cloth cupboards, not comfy beds, very smelly bathroom. Need maintenance.

This place is perfect for family holidays. We enjoyed the pool, the playground, and walking around the Marina. Lot of restaurants and shops around. Metro is 15 mins by walk, and the views are amazing. The staff is amazing. We had daily cleaning, and we were helped when needed. Recommended 100%
