Location service and affordability

Room must be soundproof because I stayed at first floor and corridor was very noisy

The location by the creek is excellent,away from the hustle and bustle .The view of the creek from our room was fantastic.

The buffet breakfast could have been better

The hotel facilities, breakfast and cleanliness. Mr Divi Chandran the Hotel Manager is a nice person , listening and ready to help to make things easy. Miss Anusha the housekeeping is so nice and caring.

The Terrace bar on level 7. closes too early and does not authorise residents to stay after hours.

Location is amazing, the staff perfect and the room super comfortable!

Room not clean and the staff they don’t ask for the EID for the second guest only the ask for room number and they give him access card it was not acceptable as its not safety

The staff went out of their way to accomodate us. I especially want to thank Zeenat from the front desk. She was very cordial, understood our preferences and gave us a room to go with that. It was wonderful to see the smiling faces of the staff every morning when we came down from our room.

I felt that water pressure in the shower was very less. It took quite a bit of time to get hot water in the shower.

Everything was lovely Sara and Rakib were exceptional Sara greeted us with a lovely smile during check-in and was very polite. Met rakib during our checkout and he was very lovely

My stay at canopy went very well the room front office team were amazing especially Sarah and rakib for their hospitality

Locstion

The washroom was a shambles. Dusty. Shower not working

In general the location and the hotel is nice and clean, the pool staff are nice. And housekeeping staff are attentive.

I didn't like the fact that they don't have even a charging station for emergencies, also someone from the front desk was a bit rude about check out time enquiry etc. Not what I expect from the brand and being a former hotelier. The layout of the room given to me was also a bit awkward.

I really enjoyed the modern design, comfortable rooms, and great location at Al Seef. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the atmosphere of the property made it easy to relax. The breakfast and overall dining options were also excellent.

I really enjoyed the modern design, comfortable rooms, and great location at Al Seef. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the atmosphere of the property made it easy to relax. The breakfast and overall dining options were also excellent.

The check-in process took a little longer than expected, and I wish there were more shuttle/transport options directly from the hotel. Other than that, everything else was wonderful.

This is my third time booked in this hotel. Good location and very clean hotel near to all shops and restaurants and souq. Staff was helpful for anything you needed. AC was not cooling well but service team coming immediately when i call and recovered the issue. Thanks and it is recommended for all.

Some of reception staff & concierge staff are rude They refused to bring things up to my room at the beginning they said if it's not food we will bring it up to your room & they don't believe the guest that it's not food I have to speak to 4 staff to get this solved Then they said even if it's not food we will not bring it up to your room !!!I had an issue with cleaning over allThe hotel is not very clean With bad smell at times In room dining the tray & the cutlery are with smell also which is unpleasant The room has no sofa or chair which is comfortable you have to be on the bed all the time Noise from the pool in 7th floor Breakfast is average and very crowded

Control of AC in the room was not very good - control of cold/hot water was not very good

The location is one of the highlights – just a short walk to the Creek and Al Seef, making it perfect for exploring the area on foot.The beds are comfortable, which made it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, adding to the overall positive experience.Highly recommend Canopy Hotel if you're looking for a well-located, comfortable, and hospitable place to stay.

Staff in reception were so professional specially with Myat he is so calm and friendly

The staff and the GM is not value any Indians they just behave like a hell to them and charges extra
