View was great from 19th floor, I like the big windows.

Walls are not soundproof, pool was under maintenance

I really like the cleanliness ad friendly staff pramila and naveen are very supportive

Thanks to housekeeping to make my room neat ad clean especially pramila and naveen room cleanliness is very nice

My stay was uncomfortable due to ongoing maintenance, noise, and strong paint odors.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel due to ongoing maintenance work on the floor, including painting and wall scraping. The constant noise and strong paint smell were very disturbing and made the environment uncomfortable. This level of disruption is unacceptable for a hotel stay and negatively affected my overall experience.

Staff was great. Halima, Mahim and Ali were exceptional. Thank you guys

Washrooms need some more work like paint, ventilation etc.

The only thing I liked was that it was close to Dubai mall

The hotel itself is very old. The walls are not quite sound proof so you can hear the house keeping in all the neighboring rooms. Yhe breakfast at the hotel was very very dissatisfying

The breakfast was really well presented

The TV was extremely old and hardly worked and the channels available were not of value to international travellers

Disappointed

I’ve booked sky view but there was no sky view of the bay The only view is sheikh Zayed . You won’t able to sleep at all because of noise highway is into your room . There is no smoking room at this hotel . The water was cold . They take me down at late night to move my car twice. The hotel is surrounded by construction building not worth to pay 1600 aed for two nights . I couldn’t get sleep at night because of noise of the highway

Asked to change my room because view was really bad was in front of a building staff didn’t accept

I reached there 3:20 I waited until 3:45 to check in , i wanted towel I called from 3:50 , after 3 hours they bring me !! I called for ice and spoon for coffee they didn’t bring at all I called 6 times , the first 3 hours I called to get full refund to check out because I was so uncomfortable with the stuffs I told operator I’m not coming here anymore and I will rate it because no one is answering me , and nothing is on time !

I really enjoyed my 2 days at millennium central hotel the staff and manager at reception always ready to help they have good knowledge about the city which is really good cleaning staff cleans the room really nice

I loved the behavior of the reception manager and staff and the maintenance of the place as well as the manager assigned to us, he was extremely responsive, quick replies , we had no problems regarding facilities, cleanliness or locationwe, loved it
