All were fine but one sofa should be placed

Staff weren’t helpful Room & bathroom were extremely dirty and smelled like urine as well. Absolutely disgusting.

Not a good experience

This property is very smelly. When I stepped onto the hotel floor, there was a smell. I didn't have the option to request a refund; otherwise, I could have cancelled the reservation.

Very friendly staff, clean hotel and good location.

1.The ac was not working properly. 2. The water pressure of the shower was too low.3. Lack of electrical sockets and charging ports near the bed in the room.

The hotel was easy to find and clean, housekeeping was exceptional. It was easy to navigate from the metro station and was close to the mall of emirates. The breakfast is top tier and the staff members are easy to talk to and friendly. Our stay was amazing, simply a 10 out of 10.

Nothing comes to mind.

The poor ventilation

Upon calling several times at property, first they hardly pickup the call, and once 1 one of lady she pick up the phone, she misbehave with me and talk with me very rude way and mentioned we don’t have payment link option, I call many times at reservations and they transferred me at reception but no one pick up the call, upon misbehaving with me on call, I asked her name of lady she refused to give me name, very very bad service, I never expect this kind of service at all

Location, staff, breakfast all good

The smoking rooms are not ventilated in a proper way as they have no windows. I requested smoking option room as I am a smoker, but couldn't handle the smell. I requested to change to non-smoking room for the second night and the staff was nice and cooperative and changed my room.

Bath room not equiped with teeth brush or hair cover. Shower gel, hand wash and shampoo are available.

Noisy, old furniture, old unclean carpet. The room smells bad not sure if coming from the AC, like smoke or pesto control smell.

Bad smell as soon as you enter. Construction in the floor. Very small bathroom.
