I stayed at the hotel because the AC in my apartment wasn’t working. I checked in late, but the staff was incredibly helpful and understanding. I requested a late check-out as I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to return home, and once again, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. We ended up staying for a few nights, and everything was great overall.

The hotel is clean and quiet, with excellent service — especially the reception staff. I also noticed how helpful they are with elderly guests. Overall, the atmosphere was very beautiful and warm.

It was weird that the hand wash was outside the bathroom. And there isn’t one inside

Before it was ok , I liked everything, small hotel and calm with good facilities .

13-10-2025 will be my last time in this hotel , when peoples come to hotel , I think that’s more to take rest , I didn’t understand how they can make some construction and start it at 9 am , without any information for the clients , I can to rest and nor to wake up at 9 am because of the sound and the construction, really didn’t appreciate , and no body inform us as they can take a minute to explain peoples or gives a room in a higher floor .

Before I liked everything

Be careful , to take a room in the 1 or 2 floor , they don’t care about guest , and with the contraction in the ground floor , if you will come to take rest , be ready to wake up at 9 am , because that’s what happen with us . Until check out we didn’t take our rest normally, with the sound of construction they are making . And they didn’t inform us about it . If they care about the guest al least they can give you in the height floor but nothing. I didn’t like our last stay

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. Here’s what I didn’t enjoy about the hotel:1) When we checked in in the evening, the valet parking was unavailable, and there was no bellman to assist with our luggage. We had to ask the security guard for help.2) The AC wasn’t working when we arrived at the lobby, and the receptionist had a cooler next to his desk.3) The housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly, but their hygiene could use some improvement.4) The housekeeping staff didn’t leave enough towels in the room for two guests at the time of the cleaning.

The bedroom was spacious and bed was comfy. Th only positive!

What the hotel and booking.com do not tell you is that the pool was closed for refurbishment, so was the restaurant so no breakfast on site and the restaurant / bar was also closed. The attitude of front of house was very poor during check in and didn't seem interested when i was complaining.

The place was great. It was a spacious room and also they really did great with being sustainable. Ahmer was doing an exceptional job being at the front desk. He is very welcoming and nice with us.

In some rooms, I have had disappointing experiences with the water pressure in the shower.

The ac don’t work the lobby is too hot and my first room the ac didn’t work my second room they switched me to the ac didn’t go below 23 I couldn’t sleep I checked out in the night and went to another hotel

Cleanliness

The breakfast selection is very small. The juice is bland and the pastries are so hard. The staffs are not engaging . It feels like you are not welcomed. I just have that feeling during check in the receptionist doenst even smile or interact.

Tiring

There was noise in the corridors every night of my 8 day stay, which meant I didn't sleep well throughout the whole trip. This was a mixture of other guests and staff cleaning rooms at 2am in the morning.Would not recommend this hotel.

staff was good, hotel facilities were good. services were good and valuable for money, but there is a space for improvement breakfast.
