The room has cooking facilities for preparing breakfast or simple meal. We were able to have good breakfast each morning before we went out for the day. Free shuttle bus service to tourist attraction sites is convenient and save money. We used it twice

Very good experience.The space at the room was really very good.Very sapcious bedroom,sitting room,kitchen (was really big),and bathroom was also okay.Staff was also quite helping.I shall surely refer this hotel to my friends.

Breakfast at hotel ,whaich was not included in the package was really quite expensive.Must offer lesser rates for the customer staying at the hotel.

Old furniture, Curtains were jammed (not sliding properly), Old sofa (had stains over it).

When we checked in the first room the first thing that i noticed was we booked a king bed but there was a twin room . I dont know if the room was even sellable or not because there was a drain flies in the bed and the room was smeely, the bathroom was dirty and towel had stains. We informed to reception then she changed the room but the door was open when we were going in the room . Bath mat had stains too.

The staff were super friendly and responded immediately to all of my requests. I will certainly chose Wescott again.

The WiFi was very slow in my room. I never had a problem in the lobby, so perhaps other rooms were better.

The staff who checked me in was kind and friendly. Overall staff was really helpful.

The decor furnitures and interiors of the room can be improved. It is comfortable but they have the space to make it better. Internet was a bit weak in my room.

The price is great and the staff are fantastic. The Nepalese cleaners are fantastic and Maya at the front desk is wonderful.

Guys, its clean and fresh. Equipment is new. Staff is good. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen is large. Location inside Burdubai is one of the best among similar hotels, in relative proximity to metro, other hotels are farer. Supermarket in same building.

Nothing to mention specifically. Well, there will be small inconveniences, as the hotel offers relatively low prices. The concept here is, clean, fresh and a bit cheap in equipment (kitchen, for instance). They give minimum, like, for 2 person room you will have 2 glasses, 2 plates, 2 forks, not more. Standard or premium, no much difference. But that is absolutely good for their price range. Still, if you intend to complaint about everything that is imperfect, then you may think of choosing something else.

The room I booked met for my exception. The room and bathroom were bigger and cleaner. The bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. The location was perfect. You can reach ASDC metro station in 5 minutes. The WIFI speed was excellent.

Only the breakfast needs more improvement. They need to think about foreigners too. I think the taste of the breakfast is only for locals. There was no cheese, sweets and boiled water for tea. Every morning, I had to ask and wait to get boiled water for tea.

Overall good experience!1)Room and washroom were clean, my specific apartment had a solid view but the rooftop has an even better view. 2)Staff wise - Front office, Housekeeping, Pool and Gym Staff were friendly. 3)Location wise it’s close to the metro (Approx 1km) and has a few supermarkets close by. Taxis available at any moment as well. 4)Hotel food wise - Chinese friend rice was massive with chunks of chicken/Idli was tasty but was a bit small (Got 4 tiny ones but ideal if they could serve 8 for 20 AED).

Staff are good people, but service is slow, cleaning team doesn't clean very well and the facilites and kitchen were not clean at all ( i cleaned myself ) mod and dirt everywhere, the shower water is dirty as well and need time to become clean.New Sheets on bed, towels all dirty with some yellow and black spots on themClean 0/10 overall

Our room had a view toward Dubai downtown and it was sooo nice in early morning

Great location, walking distance from metro, bus stations and Bur Juman mall.

The breakfast and the dining room wasn't as excepted. The type of food, the taste, the smell. ?The close time at 10am is early (for some people).Very expensive.
