Beautiful views, great food venues, safe

The location was good

The room and bed full of pet’s hairIt looks like they didn’t change the bed and didn’t cleanAnd we have allergies of pets hairIt was very bad

The proximity to Arabian Ranches and Springs is great for anyone visiting family. The beds were very comfortable but the key is the staff at this place specifically Isabel from Kenya. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

You can see it’s dated in the pictures so just know that but it is clean.

Our room number was 111. The noise from the restaurant below made it impossible to sleep until their closing time and early wake up when the restaurant opened. For the money this was not acceptable

The rooms are very old. mothing works. Unless you are into golf, not recommended.

Location is very nice for me, I like to stay in calming arabian ranches during my business trips and have some relaxing time after dynamic rhythm of Dubai.The facilities are a bit dated. Although very clean and welcoming.

My disappointment during the second visit was mainly due to issues with the door lock, which caused significant inconvenience — I couldn’t get into my room more than once, once at night - which caused lack of sleep before the important day. It was very uncomfortable to keep going back and forth to the reception. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the problem during my three-day stay.Overall, I was ready to forgive even this inconvenience, as felt quite comfortable in this place, but the company’s rigidity and bureaucratic attitude in 2025 — along with their internal policies that prevented us from finding a fair compromise regarding compensation — were very disappointing. I no longer feel any desire to return.

Music from pub was so high , unable to sleepno gym breakfast below expectation . paid for full stay , but had it only once

Rooms are getting dated and old looking. Furniture in bad repair. Mix matched pillows. Linens are clean and nice. Tile floor grout in bathroom, very poor condition, looks dirty. Needs updating. Elevator not working the entire 2 weeks we were there. Restaurant, very good! The best service we received was from Patience, in the restaurant. Always friendly and helpful! Very professional and kind. Your entire waitstaff should follow her lead. The key to the hospitality business is making people feel welcome. Patience, knows how to do that. ??

Fab location on the beautiful golf course. Really comfortable and relaxed. Amazing dining room and outdoor dining. But the best thing is the staff - they are so friendly, professional and welcoming. Big room, huge bathroom. Bed was super comfortable.

Room decor is a bit dated.

Staff are a delight. Bar and restaurant services are exemplary.

The included breakfast is a little mean. Charging for an extra egg and sausage is something I have never experienced.

Large room with exceptionally comfortable mattress & bed!

Only 1 dressing-gown in the room for 2 people, staff couldn’t fix the room safe, lack of power-sockets to charge phones etc; no swimming-pool; no room service or resident bar after 11.30pm; requested an extra large double bed but given a twin room; night staff unable to use the computer system & delay in our checkout around midnight in the second night. Breakfast was tasty but service really bad. Had a table of 8 but meals came out 2 at a time over the space of 1 hour. Very poor!

Location was good for golfing and serenity.

Very far far from the city. Did not get the complimentary pickup from the airport as advertised. There were too much noise coming from the bar into midnight
