The place is very convenient, close to alot of shops. Had an amaizing time moving around the neighborhood. This Cleaner Manoj made our stay very comfortable, exceptional service from him.

Location

My room was not clean and there was a heavy smell in the room and on the corridors. Ventilation was poor, curtains were 50 years old and was never cleaned.

The staff and service are really good and very attentive. The beds are comfortable, which made our stay very relaxing. The small kitchen facilities in the room are extremely helpful, especially for longer stays.The gym being open 24 hours is a big plus. Room service is very quick, and the staff responds promptly to any request. Overall, comfortable, convenient, and pleasant experience.

The room was quite normal and not very impressive. The windows are very small with no outside view, which makes the room feel a bit closed. The interior and overall room design are below average and could definitely be improved.not great if you’re expecting a nice ambience but hotel service and staff is amazing.

Approachable and friendly staff

There was only one washroom in the family suite room. Also there was no balcony.

I had requested an early checkin and was given after an hour of my arrival n given complimentary Coffee

The metro was abt 10-12 walk from the Hotel. Also the Shopping points n the restaurants were not so near. Taxis were not easy to get as well

Whole apartment was spacious and well equipped. Even though it was a little bit worn out, everything was working well. The staff was super friendly, such a kind people! The room was kept nice tidy and clean.

I personally am very light sleeper and I was supper happy to have my ear plugs with me, since the street is busy and noisy even during the night and the balcony door do not fit tightly enough to block the noise properly. Also the air conditioning system was a bit noisy when turned on.

the hotel is situated at a good location with lots of stuff just nearby. the staff is really helpful and courteous and hotel generally has a good vibe. we had a very peaceful stay.

most of the stuff is excellent but the lighting setup in the rooms can be improved. also, light music in lobbies during most part of the day felt bit weird.

There is no Balcony

So I booked this apartment hotel for our stay in Dubai with my parents. We reached the property pretty late night already at the 2 front desk staff, Ms. Joy (filo lady) and the Indian guy (wasn't able to get his name tho) greeted us with warm smiles. Another Indian gentleman offered us some welcome drinks which were really refreshing to the senses. Throughout our stay, they had gone above and beyond. Everyday, our room and beds were made and gave us fresh towels to use each day. And this is us not requesting for any. During my dad's birthday, they gave him a complimentary cake which I thought was a very thoughtful gesture from them. The staff would always offer to help us with our bags which was really very nice of them since both my parents are already of old age. The property is situated in Bur Dubai, and it was relatively peaceful and quiet, yet with a nice view of the Burj Khalifa. Since this is an apartment hotel, having a laundry machine inside the room was such a huge bonus. We stayed for 1 week, so we made sure to make use of it. Clothes rack was also provided so doing our laundry was such a breeze. On the day of our departure, I kindly requested Ms. Joy if they would allow us to check-out a little later since our flight doesn't leave till 10pm. She was kind enough to allow us to stay by paying a minimal fee (whereas with other hotels, they'd already charge you a full day rate). And this might seem not much for other guests, but she offered to weigh our bags before we left the property (to avoid excessive baggage fees at the airport). That was such another nice gesture we received from the property which made our entire stay so much better. We also availed of their free shuttle service going to the Outlet Mall. Had we not availed of it, that would've been an easy 250 aed at least for cab fare to and fro. Go ask for it during your stay. Thank you again Savoy Crest for the extremely pleasant stay.

The price doesn't worth in off season

It was quite, clean. Around the corner from grocery store. Close proximity to where I wanted to go

Construction in the lobby at night. House phone did not work. I asked for 2 twins and a sofa bed so you would think it’s 3 people staying there correct? Wrong. They charged me two extra Dirhams for my 13 year old.

It's a good place, generous people. The rooms are spacious and equipped. Very clean. Very respectful staff

Room service seems to be done by 1 person. One time I returned to find room service isn't yet done.

There was a washing machine and the room was quiet. Air conditioning and a few channels in English were nice for this part of my three week trip to the Middle East. Check in was a little awkward and the bellboy was friendly but perhaps overly engaging since I was only carrying a small backpack.

Room was as advertised, but I didn't enjoy it quiet as much as I thought I would. Just prior to arrival, I saw that the room was priced $45 lower than what I actually paid for two nights. I submitted the price match to Booking.com, but I didn't have enough time to complete the required paperwork so didn't actually get the refund - which is fair. I was traveling and it wasn't a priority at the time. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station which in the heat was a bit of work.

We stayed there for 1 week with family, it was an amazing experience for us. The moment we checked in, they gave a gift to my daughter.The room is good with all basic amenities, balcony is +point. Good wifi connection. The gym is 24hrs.The swimming pool is great, but only till 8pm, it would be great if they open till 10pm in summer. The breakfast is awesome, and every day is the new menu.Overall, it was great experience for us.

The staff at the breakfast area, specifically the 2 gentleman. Never smile, not that friendly. Early morning we expect morning greet, but they didn't do.
