We really enjoyed breakfast. There were a lot of great options available. We really enjoyed the service and professionalism of the breakfast room attendant. He made our stay memorable, and we are thankful for his service.I like that we had 3 bathrooms in our 2 bedroom apartment. The refrigerator was surprisingly big and kept all our items cold. The AC in the rooms worked great.

Our room was in a tower that was going through renovations. The hallway was taped up. Also, we did not have a balcony to be able to dry our clothes.I did not like that dish soap, sponge, or towels were not provided in the kitchen. The extra bathroom did not have any outlets. It had a lot of counter space, which would have been great for curling irons and hair tools. But with no outlets, it was not useful.

Our family stay at Al Khoory Hotel Apartments in Al Barsha was absolutely wonderful.The apartment itself was excellent. It was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-appointed, giving us all the room we needed to relax without being on top of each other. Having separate living and sleeping areas, along with a kitchenette, made our stay so much more comfortable and convenient than a standard hotel room.The location is incredibly convenient. It's situated in a great area with easy access to the main roads and the metro, making it simple to get to Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Marina, and other major attractions. There are also plenty of shops, supermarkets, and good restaurants within a short walking or driving distance.Most importantly, everything we needed for a relaxing holiday was right there. From the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and the helpful, friendly staff, the hotel truly thought of all the essentials. It provided the perfect balance of hotel service and apartment privacy.

The furniture in our room was slightly dated and could benefit from a refresh, but it was perfectly functional and comfortable.

The staff are very friendly and cooperative. They try their best to fulfill any request.The rooms are clean and comfy

The matteess was ok but the pillows were not comfortable.

Receptionist, Imran and all the stuffs were so good. it was comfortable to stay here!

Upgrades needed !

Very old and outdated the TV is tiny given the prices and location an upgrade of the decor and amenities would be appropriate.The AC in the bedroom could not be adjusted as it was central - this was annoying. Not happy with the comfort levels and could not sleep at night so left early .

Everything was amazing from the staff to the property.

How clean the rooms are and I got upgraded to a better room perfect service and fast response.

The property is in very prime location, near to anything we need i.e. food, supermarket, office, metro, mall, etc.

As expected, the hotel did not disappoint—right from check-in, where I received a complimentary room upgrade.A big thank you to Mr. Ahmed and the management team—I'm truly grateful for this kind gesture.The rooms are spacious, and the housekeeping team was exceptional—always supportive and quick to respond to any request within their reach. Special thanks to Athul, Ganesh, and the entire reception team for consistently checking on my well-being throughout my stay.This is definitely one of the best properties I've stayed at. I’ll surely be checking in again soon

The size of the house was just perfect with the TV in the bedrooms - our teenagers for sure liked that. The apartment is conveniently located just a few minutes walk to the metro station with shops nearby. The reception staff were very courteous and very helpful particularly when I needed to use a local number to follow up on my left luggage with the airline. I enjoyed the gym, steam and sauna as well.

There could be a bit more attention to the cleaning e.g. dusting in the rooms and scrubbing in the bathrooms; sometimes towels would be removed and forgotten to be replaced as well shower gel not replenished e.t.c. Also we were keen to support the apartments sustainability, even though we hung our towels indicating we would like to reuse them they would still be removed for washing. Perhaps the staff could be trained on and reminded of this initiative.

I would like to rate the apartment room location and cleanliness as excellent during our stay. Everything was well maintained, and Mr. Riyaz from the cleaning staff took great care of our requirements throughout. I would gladly give 5 stars to Mr. Riyaz for his outstanding service. The place was so huge we didn’t expect it to be like that for its price. Location was amazing! It was near to all the places (malls, groceries, etc) the staff was great! From checking in up to the lifeguard. Everybody was accommodating.

There wasn’t an issue that they didn’t resolve but just to mention, when we came, the washing machine had a leak but they fixed it right away. Just the a/c in the rooms are in auto and will turn off at night when it reaches the temp and my children will cry because it is hot. Then it will turn on again. Aside from that everything was well.
