Big balconies with chairs.Availability of iron and ironing table.Supermarket inside the hotel.Treatment of staff is amazing, very polite and respectful.Availability of plenty of parking spaces.

One socket near bed wasnt working.They didn’t clean the balconies.No stove.Drinking water isn’t enough.

The room is very big and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and have utilities for guests. A very huge thank you to one of the staff members - Rudra, for being so kind and welcoming, always offering his help!

The water provided in the rooms seemed to be tap water, and not very fresh.

The housekeeper Thin was excellent. Kept the apartment spick and span. Tharindu at the House of Noodles was exceptional in his service. Abdullah who checked us in was very helpful.

A small cooker is the apartment is a neccesity.

Nice hotel! Amazing window view on Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa.

Was a little bit overcrowded. But it was a high season.

The metro is right near the entrance of hotel so a good advantage.The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable. There was regular housekeeping and they clean well.There was a really great view in one of the bedrooms and it was one of the best moments of choosing this place.The pool is good

The pool is good but quite cold in December and only some part of the pool gets little sunlightThe only cons was that some of the keycards were not working to unlock the door

The property have stunning view and comfortable bed. Sohel from conceirge and Stef are accomodating and helpful. Thank you so much for such a great stay!

Clean and very easy access to the metro

The water cut 2 times while our stay but they fixed right away to be honest

Great Location, very big rooms with Kitchen, good value for money

Cleaning in general for both rooms and common areas needs alot of improvements, housekeeping came everyday but you don’t feel 100% clean at the end, poor consumables were provided such as shampoos, hand & face soaps, etc.. another very unlogic issue is that the TV is not a smart TV you can not access netflix, youtube, or anything which is very very disappointed in 2025

Kitchen is a waste of space, balconies were locked.There was an empty room where there was supposed to be a washing machine and ironing stand. Kitchen lacked crockery etc

The apartments of 2 bedrooms don’t have washing machine neither oven only microwave and refrigerator

It is very conveniently located , very helpful staff , the rooms are spacious & self sufficient. Great value for money. Definitely coming back Jenz at the reception was very friendly and gave us an amazing room .

It’s probably the Dubai weather but the AC in the room was not able to cool efficiently.

Friendly staff , clean and perfect location

The hotel was gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. The room was great size. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided water refills on a daily basis and had efficient room cleaning service. The facilities were very nice. Starbucks being in the lobby was also a nice bonus.

The bed was very firm, which is not my personal preference. However, the pillows were amazing and perfectly plush. Aside from that, everything about the stay met or exceeded my expectations.

Poor cleaning, poor room condition in terms of furniture, walls, floor and other furniture and fixtures
