Panorama Hotel Deira

Very strict 2 PM check in. Noisy even on 4th floor and you can hear pounding of music from bar. Shower did not work and there was no other option for taking a bath.

Nothing . No shuttle from the airport . Terrible location . Don't recommend to anyone . I was trapped bu booking this hotel .

Customer service @ the lowest you can imagine , Had to pay 60 AED to go back to the airport where it cost only 2/25 AED regular ride by cab .

The wel-coming nature and behaviour of the Front Desk staff and the Bell. Also House keeping was good.

Couln't like the lake of communication between the Hotel and the reservation system. Though they gave us the key immediately. But no WiFi connection was there and they charged 30 drs. but service was not provided full.

The location

The night club

Location, Staff, Cleanness, Room facilities, Everything was excellent, comfy and smooth checking in and checking out.

There is some loud music at night, I think from nearby. But It was OK for me.

The staff was friendly and trained.

No AC was there. I called multiple times to set the AC as there was no control in my room. The rooms are not anywhere close to the pictures they posted online. There were no slippers to go even to the bathroom.

Rooms was good, staff was ok,

Ac was not cool, no drinking water, no cup, no coffee powder or tea sachet. For early checking we have to pay more than 75 AED for 3 hour.

Location was good

The property is clean and the size and f room is enough for 2 people

It’s good for the budget

They do have 2 different rooms which is renovated and non renovated. Make sure don’t take second floor as they don’t renovate yet. I stay there more than 5 times that’s why I observe.

Neat and at the city center having all the basics necessities around

Check in time

The property is at center of the city and there is very thing that you want very close to you

Very clean, the receptionist are very accommodating and helpful to whatever you need for their service

Staff there not friendly the dint have teeth ? brush even cream in the room

It's a nice hotel, but the receptionists are unpleasant to deal with. The customer's secretary gets in the way, they have a problem with the air conditioner and it shuts down at 4 o'clock.

It was good the room was clean and speedy WiFi good staff too I enjoyed my stay I will revisit thanks

The WIFI IS CERO and you have to be all night and day trying to have connection, also the AC they are the one hi decide what temperature you should have, you can go to sleep in a cold and nice climate and in the middle of the night you are sweating

Staff

The location was nice for shopping

The unprofessional staff, rude behavior and beds were stinking with springs coming out from mattress I booked for 2 days but stayed only 1 and moved to other place.

The location is great, staff are nice

The room had cockroaches, no water, no kettle, no complementary tea

Friendly staff, good turnaround time on meals preps and good meals

Noise from the outside. With time they need to invest in noise proof materals

The hotel staff are very good especially Micheal

The hotel doesn't have a password for WIFI and they don't provide Dental kits or free complimentary tea in the morning

Easy location good staff clean room

Dancing club in downstairs very loud music
