i have enjoyed my stay at the ritz, its just old, other than that its clean.

the breakfast was not as i expected, the eggs were not that good

Very disappointing experience. I had booked early and specifically requested early check-in at 1:00 pm because I needed to get ready for a wedding my makeup artist and hairstylist were waiting for more than 2 hours. Despite this clear request, I didn’t get my apartment until 4:30 pm and i reached there before 1:00pm, and no one even called me with an update. I had to go to the reception myself to ask.There were also no extra water bottles provided in the apartment.When checking out, I waited by my car for my luggage, and the staff didn’t load it. They were laughing until I shouted at them, and only then did they bring it, it was in front of them the whole time. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service.

Old and tired property. Carpets are disgusting , food very average, staff tired.

I would like to clarify a small issue we encountered during our recent stay. I had two separate bookings under my name and informed the front desk at check-in that I would be settling the payment for both rooms at checkout.However, during our stay, our room key was unexpectedly deactivated. Upon inquiry, I was told that the system did not reflect that we had two separate bookings, which caused the misunderstanding.Secondly, we were woken up early in the morning by loud drilling sounds, which was quite frustrating as I had come specifically to relax. I was informed that the noise was caused by an external party, but as a guest, the source didn’t change the impact it had on our experience.I appreciate that the duty manager responded quickly and kindly upgraded us to a very nice one-bedroom suite, which helped improve the situation. I’m grateful for that gesture.

The staff, all of them, they'll go out of their way to make your stay memorable!The location is great, walking to the gate village or driving to the various attractions in Dubai was super easy, and that in itself is a great time saving but also quite a huge relief from daily traffic stress.The Caje and Cafe belge are very welcoming and what's offered is very delicious, try the Tunisian cake!

The hotel is becoming old, even if it's extremely well maintained!The SPA may need a renovation, too minimalist!

I was outside for four hours, once I arrived, the room cleaning service at 3:45 just started, there was no weight scale in the bathroom , the location is not nice ,a lot of traffic jam

I don’t know who had the great idea of having « VIP parking » next to the entrance. The entrance and exit are very narrow on a technical note. On a visual and psychological note i am not sure what it is achieving. This is the ritz Carlton where people come for quality of service and discretion or for work with DIFC this is not the 5 Jumeirah. I personally find it tacky and definitely is a lack of class. Not impressed by this to be honest. Ritz and Ritz Carlton have a history and a reputation. This is cheap display of wealth. Just my 2 cents.

Pastries at breakfast are delicious.

1) It took about 30 mins to have my luggage delivered to my room. I had to call front desk to remind them2) Power socket attached on the table is not working3) The soap dispenser is not working / pumping smoothly.

Everything to be honest, the staff are very pleasant and helpful, the room is huge and it has all the needed facilities and more, the location is very prime and everything you’ll need is walking distance from the hotel, the price is an unmatched value for money.

There was a paint smell in the 9th floor and it was a bit strong, a heads up at check in would’ve made a difference. Also, the parking isn’t exclusive for residents only although there are few assigned parking spots for valet.

Pool - service at Pool was very kind. Especially to point out Valentine. Super kind and super nice and even asked if my coffee was nice. And, yes it was perfect. The room was very nice - I really loved the set up and the bathroom area.

Other than being told every 10 minutes that my room will be ready in 10 minutes for an hour on check-in the stay was great. The hotel looks a bit outdated.

The hallways don’t smell . There is no signature smell , I like good scented places Also the staff tried to give us a standard room and a suite although we booked 2 suites ..
