Great Stay, Amazing Service!The hotel was clean and well-kept, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Ena at the front desk—she was friendly, efficient, and really helpful. Made my stay even better!

The location was amazing and near all the necessary services

The furniture, covers, pillows were not clean enough

They didn’t noticed my special request that i made but reception they updated my reservation and gave a good room as a compliment

Food was not that much as we expected and no varieties at all

Very old hotel and the room is very old tv is not working properly and they charged me twice

Stayed here recently and was really pleased with the experience. The hotel is well-maintained, and the service was top-notch. I want to give a special shoutout to Jharna at the reception—she assisted me in the evening and was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring—she made sure everything went smoothly. Great service all around!

I had a great experience at this hotel. The facilities and services were excellent, and the staff were very professional. Staff irresposible,and service man visiting off time without permission ,false eligation without proof ,hotel towels are missing in absence,doors key locking one hour before.delaying service for reactivation .

A decent hotel option if you’re looking to spend the night in Sharjah ahead of business meetings - the hotel is clean but the rooms have very thin walls & you can hear conversations & sounds from the room next door - at around 5am the room started to smell like cigarette smoke which tells you that there is definitely ventilation problems

It was worst experience dirty place no TV working and lights extremely slow I couldn’t see my self on mirror Smelly and the entrance of parking very tide and bad

The lobby vibe and lighting , the kind and positive attitude of the workers towards the people staying there

The location was appealing on the lobby but once I was shown my room I was completely dissatisfied / disappointed . The tub in the washroom had a black stain , curtains were very dusty , bedsheets were not clean they had stains, dust , dirt all over them . The lead me to ask the employees to implement a change to all the problems but no proper action was taken . On to the breakfast, It wasn’t a complete disaster but still not up to the mark . All there food was soggy and somewhat bland , served rice for breakfast and after the breakfast had a complete stomach ache and caused me diarrhea. I won’t ever recommend this hotel stay for others , once I left the place I left with the impression that I wasted all the money I spent .

the ac wasn’t working right and we had to wait till the technician got it fixed which took some timee

I liked the staff and location and authenticity of the hotel it seemed rich in culture and design

The property needs updating and abit of modernisation as well as a good clean

There was no shower towel provided, the front office insisted to check in time as 14:00, no at all flexible Shower handle was Brocken

Staff were extremely helpful , there was a nearby restaurant called food basket with is very delicious and clean, many groceries near by

Water can get very hot so maybe look into this, I couldn’t even wash my face as it was burning and I couldn’t control it

Fake place faults advertising everything about the place is super sketchy. Wouldn’t recommend it at all. Dirty rooms rude reception staff I don’t understand how is been rated a 4 star. Very poor customer service.
