Staff are very helpful specially MJ and Jahir. The cleaning boys were lovely too.

The kitchen is a disaster, consider no kitchen and you definitely can't cook or eat anything in the kitchen.The room essentially has nothing which has mentioned in the description and you have to beg the staff one by one to bring the items for you.

All the Staff has been very Friendly, easy to communicate with and very helpful.MJ, Shereen and the Manager were very polite. I’m giving a total of mora dozen of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Good value & close to supermarkets too.?

Very clean. Bed very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything in the kitchen works well enough for me to cook and eat. Fridge is old and kinda broken though. I was disappointed the hotel refused to allow me to shorten my stay with refund of the unused dates. I requested that as soon as I booked and paid. I understand it’s a non refundable booking. Emergencies happen. Hotel should understand and be flexible.But it’s all good. At least the hotel is clean and comfortable with friendly stuff.

Bathroom needs total upgrade. Old sink and WPC. Shower not powerful enough. Not satisfying. Water becomes less in the middle of showering. Toilet sit is very hard and uncomfortable. Sink area needs modernization to put toiletries etc. very annoying no space to even put toothpaste and brush and cup etcAnd please change the old fridge! It doesn’t go with the room.

Mr Asanka and Mr Tariq did an amazing job cleaning my room. It was always very clean and everything was in good order. They deserve a medal. I hope that management will give them some kind of reward and recognition for their hard work day in and day out.

Cleaning team and how they care about their job. Room always cleaned properly. Friendly cleaning team, always ready to help. Mr Asanka always happy and helpful.Hope management will give them an especial reward for the GREAT job done.

Front desk staff... Not very friendly. Not open to hel the guest during difficult situation.

Value for money. Buffet breakfast was cheap given the spread.

Some cleanliness issues are there for the room, corridor. The room door also had a permanent issue with lock/unlock.

- The bell boy was kind and helpful- Decent location (about 15 minute walk to metro stop)Not many other positives to note. I understand this was a 3-start hotel but this felt like it didn't deserve that label.

- We discovered a roach in the hallway on our second night and alerted management (they did not seem surprised and did not take any action to address it that we were aware of)- We had a family of mice in the ceiling above our bathroom and alerted management (again, they were not surprised. they offered to move us to a different room, which we refused as there was no guarantee that other rooms would not have the same problem. We landed up checking out early because of this issue and the hotel refused to give us a refund for the days we had already paid regardless of the circumstances why we chose to leave)- The "kitchen" that was part of our room was dirty and the standard cookware and utensils was well-used and did not seem fit to use- Windows are not well-insulated (you can hear traffic, honking, and people all night long)- I always do research on properties before I book and this hotel had good ratings from hundreds of people so I felt tricked when we arrived and discovered all of these issues. It turns out they incentivize people to write positive rewards (a poster in the elevator offering a discount if you write a review). My husband and I were desperate for a place to stay while we were in-between apartments and this is why we ended up here. I would not recommend this hotel at all. If you have the ability to stay elsewhere, please do.

"A minor point would be the bedsheets, while they were clean, they did appear a bit worn and could benefit from replacement. That said, given the price during peak season in Dubai, this is fairly typical for hotels of this standard and didn’t detract significantly from the overall stay."

Employees were very nice and polite. Room was nice. Hotel located close to metro station.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are pretty much the same. It’s ok but even though breakfast and dinner were included, we only ate there a few times.

The environment was superb , and the reception was warm, I enjoyed my stay

The welcoming, the carrier for luggage was only one and we had to carry our huge bags to the reception all alone.

The room are spacious and well organized.The staff are nice and friendly

Our stay at this hotel was an excellent experience and one of the best last-minute decisions we've made. The location is ideal — convenient for business travelers, with shops and amenities nearby.We were seeking a comfortable place that offered a home-like atmosphere, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. From check-in to check-out, the service was outstanding. The staff at reception were welcoming and professional, and the room service was exceptional.The accommodation was spotless and well-equipped with all necessary utensils and facilities. We initially booked a studio with a balcony, but the team kindly upgraded us to a one-bedroom apartment, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, it was a comfortable and affordable experience, truly worth every dirham. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking convenience, comfort, and quality service.

It was a cheap stay, and the staff was very nice. There was also very little hassle in checking in.

No parking, with that, the location they are at, parking is very difficult to find. If they had they own parking for guests. This would easily be a 10/10 stay.

They guided me through everything and helped every step of the way.They are a new team I believe and they do go above and beyond to have every customer satisfied.Please bear with them sometimes things can’t get done ASAP but they do work around the clock to make sure it’s done promptly.If I had to stay in this area again, I would 1000% stay at this hotel only ??
