This place should not be listed as a hotel. It is dirty, extremely bad smell, and the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. The entrance looks like an electrical equipment shop, which is shocking and misleading.The room was poorly maintained: the safe box and hairdryer were not working, and even basic amenities such as a toothbrush were missing.During the checkout time at 11:40hrs, The so-called front desk manager Indian tall guy was eating breakfast beside the the front desk not even behind, As if he were a street vendor eating on the street showing complete disrespect for guests and zero professionalism.This was supposed to be our honeymoon celebration, and despite informing them in advance, they did absolutely nothing. The staff were rude, careless, and have no connection to hospitality whatsoever.I will make sure everyone knows: never, under any circumstances, stay in this accommodation.

Location of the breakfast is good, but need to improve, during our stay for breakfast time no available drinking water for the children who don’t want coffee or tea our options is to buy bottled water but the refrigerator is close, you should provide atleast drinking water just in case people want to drink during eating time

Better to provide drinking water in the area where people are eating or open the refrigerator atleast we can buy water

Location is good its near the metro, staff was very nice and easy, room was cool and big

The toilet and sinks were clean but over used they need to be replaced they are rusted and not looking good at all Room number 110

The rooms are clean and big, there is no noise and the staff are so welcoming.

So far I have enjoyed my stay therefore I liked the facility and the service

Just the blind.Didn't cover the window completely... So one can see from outside.

The room was so big enough to accommodate all the stuffs I bought and kept in the room until the time i left

I spent 2 weeks in the hotel and for the whole 2 weeks my bedsheets was changed only ones, cleaner comes to the room everyday just to lay the bed and leave without changing the bedsheets There 2 receptionist in the hotel, one slim and the other one a bit muscular. Unfortunately the muscular One was so rude

The staff don't have manner to talk they don't have anything they have published on booking.com bedbugs were everywhere in the room none of facilities were there that were mentioned here in advertisement...

Service cleanliness staff behavior

Breakfast is poor quality kids dont like to take single bite even.

No drinking water no tea coffee maker and items at room. Room service and cleaning of the room is not available.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional.The amount which was paid is not worthNot provided drinking water for 2 days.Washroom flush push button was not working properly.Only african food was available in restaurants Not at all suitable for vegetarian customers Entire hotel staff was unprofessional.Only 1 person was good , who guided in proper mannerThe location was very commercial.

Big rooms, quiet place , clean

I wanted to extend for 6hours from 12noon to 6pm but they were charging full amount yet other hotels charge decent amount. ( it led me leave the hotel un prepared and my room number (204) had no cell phone which made my stay difficult by walking down to the reception in case i want something. Please fix the phones in that room.

The location is very convenient.The staff were co-operative and polite with understanding to the needs. The facilities team was supportive of the needs, water, towels, soaps, toilet rolls, etc. given promptly whenever asked.

The washroom seriously needs maintenance. Sliding windows were not functional, so forget the fresh air. The bidet and flush were working with difficulty. The washbasin was damaged, and the marble surface posed a risk to children if not careful. AC only worked at 25 degrees, and the swing function was damaged. Hooks in the bathroom/doors were damaged, so all linen was kept hanging on a broken hook and the rod hanger. The shower had very low pressure, so the family had to keep up with time. Slippers weren't available, as mentioned in the description , nor the Kettle, so we purchased it and left it as a gift. TV was black out and unclear to view, so we never bothered to check any UAE channels.

THE SERVICE WAS GOOD AND ROOMS CLEAN,. LOCATION ARE EXCELLENT, ONLY BREAKFAST AND LUNCH MADE FOR A FEW KIND OF PEOPLE WHICH NO BODY CAN EAT THIS KIND OF FOOD SO YOU SHOULD IMPROVE THE MENUE TO BE ACCEPTED TO EVERY ONE

It was so old I will never go there again in my life to this hotel because all things was so old smile badly in the room

No responsibility for staffs We booked from booking.com when I go there they told no room this is responsibility?I think our room they sold another team
