I did not like the shower the water flow was very week and the staff could not fix that

Beach is okay but absolutely no service, staff or any options for food & drinks. Rest is absolute disaster! Stay away from this hotel. Just pick any other.

Staff was super rude. We were able to check in by 4 PM. Even though we had informed the hotel that we wanted to check in a little early due to our early flight and were promised to be accommodated by 10-11 at latest, or worst case scenario by 12.00 - were only able to get the room by 4.15. Not seemed anyone cared. We just hated it. Facilities are very old. Room we stayed were terrace suit and no different than any regular room. Even hair dryer is not provided in the room, you need to ask for it and wait staff for couple hours to bring it to your room.

Luxury and aquapark

The room we were offered doesn’t have a balcony, although we specifically booked a balcony sea view room

It’s very child friendly and also the staff is very educated, help oriented

Even we bought the full board package we still had to extra expenses such as coffee or fries next to the pool. I would expect everything included with full board

High end hotel, super clean, the staff are super attentive and friendly, an amazing water park included with the hotel.

The location at the palms requires a car to get to places in Dubai and there’s a lot of traffic. Also it’s a 5 star hotel all the extras you buy costs accordingly

Great customer service with all the staff I interact with. From front desk, restaurant staff, concierge and most impressed is the house keeping that cleaned our room (room#15309) last nov 6. He is a male staff. I wasn’t able to get his name but little things that made an impact and I really appreciate every detail. 1. I usually organized a bit of my things before going out especially the toiletries. I was impressed how he organized all of our stuff inside the room. (Please see attached photos)2. The house keeping staff put a cord in my charging cables and a complimentary lens cloth.(Please see attached photo)3.My sister and I first time in dubai to celebrate early my birthday. I got a complimentary cake upon arrival and a greetings from atlantis team. Kudos to the atlantis team!

Safe & clean.

Many sun beds by the pool were occupied without anyone actually sitting on them. The classic trick of throwing the towel. The pools need some sort of renovation. Queues for checking in, queues for checking out and the longest queue ever for getting a table for breakfast.

Spacious and very clean room. Hotel is service is amazing and staff very helpful.

Service at the pool and aqua park very bad. Understaff, late responses, sometimes doesn’t answer . No flexibility at reception

Spacious room

Old fashioned, airport style hotel with crowds and queues. In addition to that they do ongoing repairs works in the room near the biggest ones. Queues to the kids clubs ones you reach you found out that they request socks from kids, neither inform about it before nor propose it to sell or give to enter.

very good location and good facilities….. problem is everytime you make a purchase there is so many add ons left nd right …… and in billing , one of your staff keep on making us commit to purchase add ons which is in my feeling is not good to other clients in general ……… kindly give us an open book in all those events you market …. thanks

Kid friendly

Staff are racist, they treat white skinned customers politely but don’t care about dark skinned people and ignored us at many instances.

The facilities are excellent!

The hotel didn't take into consideration my requirements and my family as split on different floors.

The rooms were a good size and were equipped with everything you would expect in a 5-star hotel.Buffet breakfast could be eaten in two restaurants and were of a great standard, plenty of options available for everybody's taste.

I lost out on a days hotel cost due to a national strike. I was told not go through a 3rd party app. The food was very expensive. I had meals delivered from off the property for half the costAt the water park you would climb 6 flights of stairs to shame you that your group was overweight and split up the group for a ride. Why not weight your group at the bottom before having to climb 6 flights

best hotel ever, excellent facilities, clean large rooms, very good breakfast.
