We were the only African Americans there it seem like because when there were noise complaints they thought it was my cousin and I. We stayed on the 10th floor and were barely there or sleep because we had excursions. Not to mention guest couldn¿t visit

Comfy rooms, nice staff, wonderful heated pool. And great food. Nice beach and relatively quiet location but 30 minutes drive from most activities in Dubaï.

The techno music in the pool 10 hours a day, just under the rooms balconies.

The staff were helpful and amazing , we travel there to celebrate our birthday and the hotel and the staff make it very special occasion, they even send us a cake Many thanks for everyone in the hotel who make our day one to remember, the view of our room were on the sea and you can see burj alarab Also the room were clean and the bed are so comfy We like everything really

Quick, personalised response time would be appreciated. They never responded! Very uncaring. They take 15 days to refund for their mistake of over billing!Very rigid rules, I am very pissed that I got false advertising, that I can cancel, but when I postponed that was charged. I paid for 4 nights, I sent my amendment notice...they refered me to booking, bookings send them email and never responded. I felt cheat hence my comments. Room service billing error is not yet refunded 8 days later. I order a meal plus and 'add on ofthe meal, they instead prepared two meals, I paid for Both meals, saw the error cancelled the order that I had paid for. Then billed me again for correct order. But i have to pay for correct order then, they refubd takes 15 days. To complete my misery, the new order sea food, fish was off. but because I had eaten, that cant be refunded. How the hell i was going to predict that the fish was gonna be off?

Room was spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and always ready to help, Tarek displayed great customer service skills. My mom doesn’t speak English , Tarek managed to communicate to her. Nice breakfast and great location. I highly recommend this place .

It was very good experience honestly and the guy in the reception treated us u missed to get his name but he was from Egypt he was very good and he was very professional also the food was amazing and the Mexican restaurant and the manager there is very friendly and professional

At check in I wasn't given any information about the beach area or how to get there. We went to the Luchadoro restaurant, the food was good, the music was too loud. I had asked for free cancellation and was not able to, which was fine, but the message I received was "declined". I feel this set the tone for my stay as brusque and rude.

The beach was clean and beautiful, the pool was great, and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. I also loved the small shops inside the hotel their prices were very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again!

The location might not suit everyone – the hotel is deep inside Palm Jumeirah, which makes it quite far from the main walking areas and attractions. However, it’s very quiet and perfect for those looking to relax.Unfortunately, the Italian restaurant at the hotel was a letdown. The food was below expectations and not tasty at all.

The room was clean, spacious, and offered a full sea view that made our mornings truly special. The size of the room was comfortable, giving us enough space to relax as a couple. Breakfast was satisfactory, with a good variety of options to suit all tastes, ensuring we started each day well-fueled. We also appreciated the convenient location, close to key attractions and the beach, which made exploring Dubai easy and enjoyable. Overall, our stay at Aloft Palm was pleasant and comfortable.

The staff were excellent, it was my birthday and they arranged for a free boat trip and also upgraded our room.

The concierge at the hotel was really helpful. They addressed all the concerns we had and even gave us some suggestions when we asked where to eat. We stayed for me & my mother's birthday and we were surprised when we got a greeting from the staff later in the day. The hotel was really clean and peaceful.

I think the only downside to this hotel it's not a beachfront property. They do have their own private beach but you still have to walk towards it and it's squeezed in between two other hotels.

Lovely place with beautiful view. Friendly staff from reception to housekeeping to restaurant staff. Everyone well trained to go the extra mile to take care of the customers. Private beach swimming area balcony were excellent feature of this hotel Bed very comfortable. Mexican restaurant was brilliant. Thank you aloft for providing complimentary cake and decor in our room

Set menu at the Mexican restaurant was a bit restrictive since we booked half board. Swimming pool a bit small for the hotels in the palm Jumeirah hotels.
