They are veeeery far away and do no provide any shuttle service. Staf not very helpful. Wifi is poor.

Everything the most thing is the reception person is not good act. The room not same as the picture, also the room same floor as night club

I had a room that was brand new, clean and quiet. I could get rest very well

In the first few hours I felt a smell like cigarette inside the room but it disappeared after fee hours.

Location, availability of parking and Lounge

The bathtub was not clean and had black mold. There was also an unpleasant odor in the room. The most frustrating part was the extremely loud music from the in-house club that continued until 4 AM, making it very difficult to sleep.

The hotel was very disappointing. There was a lot of noise coming from the club on the first floor, making it hard to sleep. I also found cockroaches in the room, and the bed was broken and uncomfortable. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

If you enjoy walking, there are three metro stations located about a 20–30 minute walk from this hotel — DG Sharaf, ADCB, and Al Ghubaiba. The distance may vary slightly, but since I suffer from motion sickness, I prefer walking instead of taking buses or taxis, and it’s quite manageable. Otherwise, you can easily take a taxi or bus to the nearest metro station.Food options in the surrounding area are a bit pricey at restaurants, but if you’re looking for something light like sandwiches or burgers, I recommend visiting K Mart Supermarket nearby — their pricing is quite reasonable.Overall, it was a great experience!

Swimming pool was not functional.

I stayed for more then 1 weeks,each and everyday security are keep asking if I have room or I just roaming around,this is unbelievable,or because they didn’t see me keep passing in a day ? Am working I just using room in the evening-night

disappointing welcome at the hotel reception, they do not know how to keep information and memorize it.Several reservations made in this hotel and each time problems with the reception because they do not want to work and think.No respect for the customer, no excuses when they make mistakes and also no commercial gesture. They send you for a walk with a smile.The 80s-style rooms, a bed so soft that it smashes your back.nightclub on the 1st floor of the hotel, so noise until dawn.Nothing around except grocery stores.Small gym and swimming pool, opening hours are not respected, you always have to request after the reception.In short, for this price, there is much better.

The staff are terrible and highly unprofessional and the service quality is the worst I have faced. Never ever stay there or recommend anyone to go there

Absolutely loved this hotel with my little one. It was impeccably clean and comfortable. Everything in the room worked perfectly. Any issues were addressed quickly and efficiently. The staff was pleasant and polite. The swimming pool and sauna/steam room were like the cherry on top of a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again!

First night was noisy from the patrying neighbors, but it was of no fault of the hotel and they went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Amazing staff!

‏A very bad hotel and there was a security guard who was not good and he attacked us and took off the name plate so that his name would not be identified and spoke to us bad words and the reception was very bad I do not recommend the hotel (the hotel is supposed to be removed from the application)

Furnishings are poor and dirty, including the mirrors, lamps, bed, furniture, etc. Carpet and mats have never been vaccumed by the looks of it.Electric switches don't work.The owner and management need to re invest and get things in order. The staff can't fix most of the problems on their own.

The hotel was a good value for money (for a 3-star hotel), the service (reception desk and room service) was great. The room furniture was a little bit old, and the bathroom had a leaking drain. But generally, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the AC and other devices were good. Also, the included free covered hotel parking was great for someone coming with his personal car.

I was a stay March 30 actually room ac not working then I’m not stay long time I’m check out same day after 2 to 3 hours.

Hotel cleaning is very bad. More dirty inside room cupboard and table. Bathroom things also keep place is not proper.

They helped with everything.. baby crib.. food.. carried our luggage.. best visit and convenient location
