I like to say inside all things are ver very good

Too much noise outside of hotel,specially room 208 i stay,but infronf of my room labours noise too much,so we didi not sleep well.

Only the location is perfect

They don’t have what rooms I booked was not available so I accept other room cos we arrived late and we have no chance to look for hotels .. I am sorry to say the room was not hot and not clean

Now bowel shower,, no parking ,,we paid for parking in other building!

Spacious rooms

We had to asked for towels and there were fewer cups for us than number of guests and when we asked about it at the reception ,they couldn't make it.

Well, it was Gulfood exhibition, of course prices were not according reality)) At reception a girl was kind. The location is near to Gold Souq st. (it like 500m. away) which was suitable for us. Breakfast not included, need more 500m. to reach nice indian cafe

Rooms could be cleaner, but everything else is lovely.

All the staff were helpful, especially Abu Bakr.

Doors could be better soundproofed, did get alot of notice from the corridor

The staff are very helpful and professional, so I would give 10 to the staff.

The room is in bad conditions, run down, mouldy and smelly, the carpet is extremely dirty. The towels were clean and the sheets were washed, but stained. The price did not match what I had booked, I was charged + 3% because I paid with a credit card, which was not initially disclosed by Booking.com

We walked in and walked out! Horrific!! Dirty ! The carpets where so dirty. I can not believe that this would be an option on booking.com and for an additional R4000 I found better accommodation with a hotel chain. It was like going from 0 stars to 4 star.

The rooms where dirty the carpets where dreadful. The windows where broken.

Staying at this hotel, what the hell most horrendous experience I have ever experienced in a hotel room, stunk of smoke and air freshener as I am someone Who is asthmatic? I made it clear to them. They told me I’ll put the air-conditioning on and the smoke will disappear there is no ventilation and because of that I have been sick for nearly 5 weeks, I caught the most disgusting flu with breathing issues to make matters worse, they were packing packages outside my door at 1 o’clock in the morning. I was travelling at 4 am in the morning so this hotel unfortunately was the choice that I made a very poor one. I would advise against anyone going for this hotel the shower curtain is so filthy I wouldn’t even give it one, but there’s nothing lower the photo of the shower curtain and the second picture is approved that they were doing packaging outside my door at 1 am

My stay was so comfortable. The staff was so welcoming ,friendly and responsive. The bed was extremely comfy.The location is so close to the metro station like 5 mins walk . Special thanks to all the staff

molded place, pretty unhygienic and windows unable to open, charging usb ports didn't work at all. inquired the counter before booking and price increased immediately!

Overall its good value for the money

The location it's impossible.to find the nearest parking They should provide specific parking for the guests

Outside location is good and the guy who’s on reception v nice .. but as per hotel price they don’t provide tea or coffee in room just simple kettle and cups for hote water there’s no sense although the room surfaces may was burn and damaged . The handwash and shampoo was like local public bathroom too bad .

Rooms and bathrooms were clean although they were not that big. Staff were so friendly and helpful. There is a very nice restaurant in the 1st floor with variety of food options. Hotel is close to 2 metro stations which made our trip easier.

The customer service was excellent, both the receptionist was always smile on their faces it’s very easy to check in . They make sure that everything was okay , location was very good as well its very easy to locates near to metro station and taxi stand, highly recommended

I like the room and all the staff especially the receptionist.Very approachable and easy to deal to.in fact my family is so happy during our stay in the hotel and it's accessible to everywhere you wish to go and I will recommend the hotel to my friends who wish to stay in Dubai.

Actually,I'm satisfied with the services and I don't see anything I dislike.in fact we are so happy and feel free to move.

The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Metro station is only 7 minutes walk from the hotel. Good value for money.

The bathroom is always wet because the shower and the toilet are on on the same level/ground. Good budget hotel

Yes there are some small point which is they need to improve i am stayin for night in the room there is 2 bottles water only I think they need to put some extra water bottles if this is chargeable doesn't matter and. There is no towel I think make sure housekeeping they need too check before they release the room ..
