I like the structure, the furnitures and design of the room. I also love the tv which have more channels, more options to watch

The only problem is that when they clean from outside like drainage cleaning, the sounds are too loud and we can hear it in the room. Our room is only 1st floor.Also, i saw cockroach in the bathroom.

Location and clean linens, except towels rhat needs replacement.

Hot shower was not working in all three rooms, hot water was working in wash bins only.

Its quiet and comfortable to sleep

Chips and nuts being displayed in the side table can be deceiving of you dont obsserve signage otherwise you will find out you have to pay after you check out...locations are not advicesable for commuters cause even planning to go to flamingo, is not favorable by walk eventhought its near, cause theres no way to go there just to cross the highway which is very risky..

The location is good as it’s just 3 min away from the main market and public beach

the space of room and halls was excellent quite big.

bathrooms need replaced with modern way this bulding so old and need to maintain right way with some dictation.

Breakfast was not included.Overall queit place , near to city.

Negative points: At middle of night or early morning there was noise outside room., which can be clearly heard from the room, distrusting sleep. Secondly prices were double due to Eid holidays, I guess.

The place was clean. .

I had to ask for a change of room. The room was reeking of cigarette smoke.The other room was also clean, but noise on the outside was a bit much, and the smoking outside on the first floor landing was coming into the room. The green emergency light is in the bedroom instead of in the passage area. I had difficulty sleeping.

There was absolutely nothing to like at this property

Bathroom was very small hardly could take shower the toilet area was soo small that a 95 kg person can never sit properly poor hygiene poor sanitation cockroach on bed water was for 7 dhs which is free in all the hotels the free ones were for the kids who go to pre school

Lack of communication when we are checking in they did not inform there are charges for minibar which was kept in the room and no where in the room there are charges for the drink which is kept in refrigerator we had used it later while checking out they are saying it’s charged and they are charging triple than that cost I do understand that the drink in hotel is expensive but there should be a prior information from then team also they should have a price in it there was nothing I was really frustrated with the service

My id was in the reception until check-out, the room was small compared to picture, there wasn't enough space to do anything in the room

I love the location. It’s peaceful and quiet.

There is no complimentary water, coffee or tea available in the room, as I expected with the value i paid for.Also, cleanliness needs to be improve, air freshener or purifier require to make the room smell clean and fresh ambience.
